Guess the hype is dying down for Labubus, came back to see what blind boxes were available and they had a bunch of Big Into Energy and Labubu Pin For Love Series. They have most of the blind boxes available on their website, I guess who with the overproduction, bad quality control and price increase a while back that there is less demand. Two employees working when I stopped on a Tuesday evening but they did have the hiring sign. read more

The LABUBU craze is still very heavy in this store. Many people are still lining up and on the weekends when people are free, the line goes all the way outside of the store. The store has a lot of Big Into Energy LABUBUs for sale behind the counter. Not so much with the macaron, pin for love, and have a seat LABUBUs. They also have a lot of checkmate and Coca Cola series. The Coca Cola series are now not behind the counter and are displayed with the rest of the LABUBU products on the shelves. Every day they have new LABUBU products that you got to keep on checking the store out if you're into LABUBUs. Also, it's best if you have a Pop Mart account to accumulate points to earn rewards. They got stickers but they are for first time customers. They got The Monsters rings that are for big purchases of $99 or more and for members. Shopping bags are still at 40 and 50 cents. Now they have the oversized shopping bags for the big plushies available! They used to now have big bags for the plushies so you're forced to carry them in your hand. read more

This Pop Mart location is inside the Oculus on the 2nd floor. Can be challenging to find and might be a queue. Store is small in size and rarely stocks the Labubu plushes. They do have keychains, watermelon bottles and figurines. The Coca-Cola series one was available but behind the counter. Besides The Monster series, they have Dimoo, Crybaby, Skullpanda, and other series. I purchased a Labubub wackymart figurine. There was no line for the cashier and it was quick. Due to its popularity, some of the items are not in stock or pricey. Keep an open mind if you are looking for something specific or check the app to see availability or if in store pickup is an option. I come to browse when I'm in the neighborhood but won't go out of th way for. I understand the popularity but wish there was more quantity of items I was looking for in stock. The staff here are so nice here during the summer during the labubu craze and the influx of people in the stores the staff were so great. It's insane the amount of people who are prepared and ready with weights and biz checks the methods to figure out what's inside are insane! A staff member told me a few tips on how to score a labubu and I was able to get one with her advice. We recently went back to get one In store and the process was easy. read more

This store is located in the Oculus . It is a bit hard to find so you may need to ask a security guard or one of the other store owners. It is a smallish store but they have a ton of stuff in it. It's a bit overwhelming. Their labubus are behind the counter. I had to ask as I thought I was going crazy not seeing any. The staff here are very helpful and friendly though. That is a big plus. The value of their products are I think reasonable. They are not upselling labubus. But the specialty ones can be more pricey. read more

Our obsession lately and they now have it in NYC located in the Oculus mall on the second floor. This was a nice store but still only had a small selection and some old but not all the latest models. Ugh very disappointed. Why all other trendy shops are so big BUT pop mart shop is so tiny. Like Miniso, Teso life, Friends...etc. The shop is located inside the World Trade Center Cortlandt on the 2nd level. This shop is so small, even smaller than the one in Maryland and Las Vegas. You are better off finding more things online than come in here, had to deal with the unruly crowd. Don't recommend to purposely make a trip here, unless you are happen to in the area. The location is convenient, close to everything, with subway access inside the cortlandt. The only restroom facility of the place is all the in a corder of the building. read more

It was really difficult to find the Store. But we made a phone call and were given great directions to the Entrance. The staff was small but friendly, as was the store. We found the blind boxes we were looking for, Mega Space Molly, and some of the Power Puff Girls Cry Babies. My friend and I felt a little claustrophobic (it was extremely small and lots of folks were there). I'd check them out again if in the area, but I hope they move to the larger space on the main hall and get some new stuff in stock soon. read more

We stopped by hoping there would be Labubus in stock but of course there wasn't :( We looked around and decided on getting a few crybaby power puff's. My friend had two in his hand and the worker quickly came from behind the register to tell him there was a 1x limit. Mind you, this was our first interaction with her since she didn't bother to greet us when we walked in. She wasn't friendly and could've approached us differently. They had the labubus in the back and they had a huge variety but they are by the cashiers and you have to ask for what type you want. I got a big into energy labubu but there is one major con. To purchase a labubu you have to have a pop mart membership. if you don't have one by the time you get to the cashier then you go out of line to do it and have to join the line again. I was worried that I would not get a labubu but thankfully they had a huge amount of them. They are 30 dollars each and the minis (in the middle of the store) are $15. Didn't have very many unique items and was packed. It would be great if this store was about twice the size with twice the items. They could probably even just increase their vertical space. It's criminal that they don't offer bags for all the items folks purchase. We purchased about eight boxes, paid a few hundred dollars, but had to run to a nearby store to get a bag from them to put all the items in as we exited the store because the bags they gave us were for in-store use only (basically their shopping carts.) Fast-forward and I placed an order about a month ago online and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for my order to come... Upon opening my box i received nothing that I ordered... I have emailed the company countless times and get an auto generated email asking for 72 hours... Their customer service is an abomination... I was surprised to find Pop Mart has spread to NYC! Pop Mart is the leader of "blind box" fad in China, where collectable figurines are enclosed in a box and the buyer will get a figurine at random, out of several possible variations in a specific collection shown in display case (typically 1 in 6 chance but can be low as 1 in 12). There are options to buy whole completed set to avoid repetition in a collection. There are the classic Pop Mart characters such as Dimoo,Molly, and Skullpanda but there are also some characters based on TV shows such as Spy Family and Harry Potter. Located in 2nd floor of the mall connected to Oculus, centrally located, not difficult to find. Prices are high (~$15-16/box) compared to prices in China (~59-69 RMB which is equivalent of $8-10/box). read more

This is a cute store filled to the brim with adorable collectible toys of all sizes. It's located in WTC4 and is easy to spot. The only qualm is that it is a small size in terms of space for customers to browse. Maybe at most ten people can be squished in all together. Just be aware that a lot of tourists go and visit the store so if you are a local or work in and around the area, try to go on the off peak hours to snag something cute. read more
