The staff here are so nice here during the summer during the labubu craze and the influx of people in the stores the staff were so great. It's insane the amount of people who are prepared and ready with weights and biz checks the methods to figure out what's inside are insane! A staff member told me a few tips on how to score a labubu and I was able to get one with her advice. We recently went back to get one In store and the process was easy.

This Pop Mart location is inside the Oculus on the 2nd floor. Can be challenging to find and might be a queue. Store is small in size and rarely stocks the Labubu plushes. They do have keychains, watermelon bottles and figurines. The Coca-Cola series one was available but behind the counter. Besides The Monster series, they have Dimoo, Crybaby, Skullpanda, and other series. I purchased a Labubub wackymart figurine. There was no line for the cashier and it was quick. Due to its popularity, some of the items are not in stock or pricey. Keep an open mind if you are looking for something specific or check the app to see availability or if in store pickup is an option. I come to browse when I'm in the neighborhood but won't go out of th way for. I understand the popularity but wish there was more quantity of items I was looking for in stock. Store is small so can tend to get crowded. Easy to find staff to assist if needed.

This store is located in the Oculus . It is a bit hard to find so you may need to ask a security guard or one of the other store owners. It is a smallish store but they have a ton of stuff in it. It's a bit overwhelming. Their labubus are behind the counter. I had to ask as I thought I was going crazy not seeing any. The staff here are very helpful and friendly though. That is a big plus. The value of their products are I think reasonable. They are not upselling labubus. But the specialty ones can be more pricey.

Our obsession lately and they now have it in NYC located in the Oculus mall on the second floor. This was a nice store but still only had a small selection and some old but not all the latest models. Prices are going up and probably due to tariff price hikes. The staff are helpful when they can. Would still come back to browse when I come back again. [97R,2025]

Ugh very disappointed. Why all other trendy shops are so big BUT pop mart shop is so tiny. Like Miniso, Teso life, Friends...etc. The shop is located inside the World Trade Center Cortlandt on the 2nd level. This shop is so small, even smaller than the one in Maryland and Las Vegas. You are better off finding more things online than come in here, had to deal with the unruly crowd. Don't recommend to purposely make a trip here, unless you are happen to in the area. The location is convenient, close to everything, with subway access inside the cortlandt. The only restroom facility of the place is all the in a corder of the building.

It was really difficult to find the Store. But we made a phone call and were given great directions to the Entrance. The staff was small but friendly, as was the store. We found the blind boxes we were looking for, Mega Space Molly, and some of the Power Puff Girls Cry Babies. My friend and I felt a little claustrophobic (it was extremely small and lots of folks were there). I'd check them out again if in the area, but I hope they move to the larger space on the main hall and get some new stuff in stock soon.

They had the labubus in the back and they had a huge variety but they are by the cashiers and you have to ask for what type you want. I got a big into energy labubu but there is one major con. To purchase a labubu you have to have a pop mart membership. if you don't have one by the time you get to the cashier then you go out of line to do it and have to join the line again. I was worried that I would not get a labubu but thankfully they had a huge amount of them. They are 30 dollars each and the minis (in the middle of the store) are $15. Also the cashier was extremely impatient.

Small, cramped place at the Oculus. That doorman is the only one friendly and helpful.

Cashier unfriendly. Limited inventory. Line long. Staff all gather around cashier not helping customers.

Thank you for keeping my Sakura safe for me until I could pick her up after I realized I left her at the register while paying and got distracted by a phone call. I thought I was going to have to go home home without her and leave her in Manhattan.... Thank you so much!!!

Playing catch up here. So it was the first Saturday in May which to comic book geeks both far and…read morewide means "Free Comic Book Day" and oddly enough I was completely in the unaware about this comic store only a few hours earlier from my walking into the place. My learning about it was fortuitous as I had just left the famed Forbidden Planet and began talking to a nice family of fellow collectors about the packet of comic books that we had just received as a part of FCBD. We talked about where each of us were heading next and while I said Midtown Comics near Grand Central was my next stop they replied "Montasy Comics" was theirs. A quick Google search found the location and away I went. So the store is quite easy to get too but it might be something that you walk right past once you are in the vicinity since its not on the ground level and is instead upstairs. There is an elevator and stairs but I opted for the elevator. Once inside I immediately loved the layout of the place. There were numerous glass cases of collectible trading cards in the front where the staff usually is and while I am not one for those things they did seem to have an ample supply. Towards the end on opposing sides were racks and racks of new and recent comic books along with a myriad of collected editions and even scores of Funko Pops. If you collect the Pops, you're likely going to find a few that you like at Montasy Comics. The FCBD Stuff was being handed out by one of the staff in the rear of the shop and everything was already in bags to make this an easy free transaction. Sometimes, the free issues are all laid out for folks to pick and choose from but in this case it was not that way. I didn't go through anything and would save that reveal for a fun YouTube video but either way it felt like a decent amount of issues were in the bag and that is always nice to see. Generally with FCBD its nice to also try and make a purchase since while this event is free to customers the shops have to pay for all of the books. I was looking for a copy of "Sister Imperator" from Dark Horse Comics but they had no idea what I was talking about. It's an independent release about a Ghost band connected character but I digress. There was an upstairs but I didn't explore that and also they had a number of tables set up in the center of the store where they hold Magic and I guess Pokemon tournaments along with any other of the popular TCG (trading card games for the newbies). The visit was brief but overall a positive one. I will try to visit them again in the future if I am over there. I saw some complaints about high prices or lack of a refund on something that broke when the purchaser was putting it together and all I can say on that is when something becomes rare based on being limited or hard to get it will be more costly. As far as breakage during assembly, I've often found that it was due to improper practices by friends or even myself. A shop doesn't owe me restitution by my breaking something and that is how it goes. Happy Collecting my Friends

There are a series of special sports rookie cards that are well priced compared to what's posted online. If you're a basketball fan like me, you'll find a good selection like rookie cards of Victor Wembenyama and OG Anunoby There's definitely a following of people who come here and play cards and a relaxed, comfortable setting. Although the shop is small, it is well located in Manhattan offering very competitive pricing.

Very close to all the train routes. Shelves are stocked and neatly organized for the most part. This spot is supposedly smaller than other locations in the city. But that's okay, at least I didn't see anything like toys lying on the floor. No kids running around. Clean aisles + brightly lit area + decently spacious to walk around on your own. Surprised to see some Squishmallows peeking out in between other plushies. So, I was trying to reach for the ones from the top shelf. Staff from afar saw me struggling to reach but didn't offer any help + kept looking on and went back to chatting/joking with a coworker. This was around 9:30pm on a Sunday evening. I guess just a minor hiccup there, I will let it pass. Customers can find a limited yet decent selection of things like electronics, groceries, beauty and skincare/makeup, hygiene related products etc in each of their specific sections/aisles. The designs on greeting cards looked lovely. Some things were on sale like cat food - $10 for 12 cans. You just gotta stroll around to find out. It's convenient to have a Target in Midtown/next to the major train lines. Maybe I will stop by again, hopefully the service from employees will be better next time.
