We stopped by the store yesterday because I'd like to pick up some Pucky, Forest party series. None was on the shelves, so I asked a staff. She said they have them in stock room but it's at an offsite location that there was no way they could get them for me. When checked out for a couple items we got, I told Adyen about the situation. She was super nice and she recommended me to check with Randy, the store manager, who happened to be there. He said the same thing, they could not get it for us. So I asked what if I came back the next day, could they bring them and I would pick them up? He said most definitely, we confirmed I wanted 4 boxes and would pick up around 2.30-3pm the next day. Unfortunately when I showed up today, nobody knew about it and Randy was not in the store. After speaking to Kyle, the items were in a different location but that location is a stock room upstairs and it took Kyle less than 10 minutes to go and get them for me. I almost walked away but because Kyle was super nice about it, I bought the whole case and a few other items. Kudos to Kyle and Adyen, congrats to Fashion Show location to have such nice staff with services mind. Thumbs down for other current lazy staff and lip-service manager, Randy. Review #47 of 2025 We've been coming to this Pop Mart location pretty regularly since September - I made a deal with my kids that if they bring home good grades each month, they get to pick out something fun here as a reward! For such a small shop, it gets absolutely packed (especially on weekends), but they do a great job keeping everything organized and easy to navigate with lots of collectibles to choose from. It's wheelchair/scooter accessible, though it can feel a little tight when it's busy. Prices are on the higher side, but if you're a serious collector (or shopping for one), the selection makes it worth it. The door greeters are always super friendly and welcoming, and the cashiers are quick and nice too. Only suggestion: it would be awesome to have a second register open when the line starts wrapping around the store - that's really the only time it feels slow. Overall, this has become our go-to spot and we'll definitely keep coming back! Highly recommend for anyone hunting rare or exclusive items. read more

Although the store is small but it is very well organized. All the displays are very cute. They have great selection of everything. The prices are reasonable like other Pop Mart stores. When I saw that there was a Pop Mart in Las Vegas, I had to make a stop. It's located in the Fashion Show Las Vegas and was easy to find parking. I went through the closing Saks Fifth Ave and found the store. I got a few blind boxes. Service was good. read more

So many choices and I was very tempted to buy many things. The Harry Potter book series was so cool. The figures are set in a book and it has a description of each person. And the different Labubu and Skullpanda. The Pucky Tap Tap Babies are adorable. They make a sound when you tap on them. It is a small store so it can get crowded. We wandered around looking at everything and deciding. Associates seemed nice. Prices are better than at a third party retailer so that's a plus for those of us who don't have a Pop Mart store near them. read more

Located at Fashion Show in Las Vegas on the Nordstrom side lower floor near Apple It's a very small location, but starting to be the normal size of most Popmart locations that have been popping up. I can see why lines to get in would be very long on drop days or it can easily get packed during busy times. When we were there on a Saturday, I did start to feel claustrophobic a bit since there was no line management and the store I'm sure was at capacity The store overall seems well stocked. Unfortunately what we wanted that day was out of stock, but I was able to pick up some items while I was there. Take to time to make sure you're getting legit Labubu not legit Lafufu. This place is organized and sells authentic Labubu for sure. The line should be well managed. And the start of the line should have a sign and Stanchion so people would not cut the lines. If not have people take a number or use their app or something to handle the long lines better and safety both for customers and employees. SELECTION not as we expected the most hottest items are not available, ofcourse. And i think pop mart should do better on managing these items. Value of the items the blind boxes are not so bad its very fun for kids and adults to do the unboxing. I just wish the inventory and production gets better. The store itself is well managed and well kept. Employees constantly refilling the empty spots. The check out line goes pretty fast for a very small location not so bad kudos to the team. I just hope popmart comes up with a better way distributing these virals plushies mainly labubu's. The fact that some store and location people becomes aggressive and all is just sad. And most people turn to resellers that are ridiculous charging people so high. read more

This Pop Mart location at Fashion Show Las Vegas Mall has priceless memories for us. We had our first Pop Mart encounter and experience at this location last year when they first opened. This is our favorite Pop Mart store location where we bought our child's first blind bags and figurines last year. This weekend we stopped by and were able to process a store pick up for one of the rare Labubu to add to our collection. Thank you to Alec and the sweet young lady at the counter. All the employees that work at this location have always provided excellent customer service. This is our go to Pop Mart location when in Las Vegas. We would find items here that we don't have back home in SFV, CA. Whenever here we make it a point to make a stop at Pop Mart. It's a small location and it's always busy. Located near the Saks Fifth Avenue store. Tip: Check their online store for store pick up. This is a trick to know if the labubu is in stock. They had a great selection of collectibles, and Labubu's of course. It's not a very big store so it can get crowded when trying to make your way around. Associates are very nice and friendly. Huge Line, Empty Shelves--At Least My Niece Loved It The line for Pop Mart Las Vegas was huge, and once we finally got inside, almost everything was sold out. The only dolls left were the Coca-Cola Labubu plushies, so we really didn't have a choice but to grab one. It ended up being a gift for my niece--and she loved it, so that part worked out! The store itself is small, which probably explains why they had to keep a line outside to control how many people go in at once. It definitely added to the hype, but also made the disappointment greater when the shelves were nearly empty. One tip: beware of fakes. The authentic Pop Mart dolls always come in a box, while the fake ones don't. The value was the hardest part to swallow. The Cola series plush was $55, which felt outrageous for such a small fad toy. Normally, the non-collaboration dolls are much cheaper, but since everything else was gone, we had no other option. That was disappointing--we would've gladly picked something else if the shelves weren't so empty. Overall, Pop Mart is overpriced and over hyped but between the limited stock and inflated collaboration prices, it's only worth it if you're buying for someone who really has their heart set on a specific doll. read more

It all started with a relative already visiting Hong Kong and I lightly asked for a Labubu.. They got their hands on one thanks to a local that had 2 wait list tickets and last minute decided they didn't need 2 Labubus. Mapped that Pop Mart was right next door to Wynn where I had dinner. And to my surprise this location is tiny. I wanted to see what visiting a physical store would be like. Walked around to look at all their displays and ended leaving with 2 items. Crybaby Crying Again series, was really hoping for the pink one "I'll Give You All My Love" or my second choice would be "She's Alice." Luckily I drew Alice but still really wanted the pink one.. But I don't care for the rest of the series. We grabbed one of the Hirono Shelter Series, the display caught our eyes and most of them from the series was pretty cool. Surprisingly they're quite detailed. We are now... very very sadly hooked. The dopamine hit of opening a blind box is too real. First time in a PopMart shop and it was so cool!!! Brought me back to my childhood and my kids childhood! I picked up a couple CareBears and Teletubbies for my daughter. Those were her favorite as a kid. When I gave them to her she was so excited! Especially because it's a surprise you don't know what you're getting. I waited in line for about 2 minutes to pick up my online order. The girl scanned my QR code and handed me a box, but it was damaged. I told her, and she gave me another one--but it looked like the exact same box, just flipped to hide the damage. She said she only had two, but I'm pretty sure she just rotated the first one. The store is small, cramped, and the regular line loops all the way around the escalator. Also, my previous online order from the Care Bear series was never fulfilled--they said they ran out. I was told they'd call me and guarantee I'd get one in their next shipment. Let's see if that actually happens. The good: Pop Mart (Fashion Show Mall location) is the place to get exclusive and trending designer toys and figures like the Labubu Monsters, Skull Panda, Molly, Hirono, etc. Most items come as blind boxes which adds to the allure and thrill of pulling that rare item from the general release. The bad: Bad if you really want those items but can't be bothered to line up early for them as they are all sold out within minutes of release at the store opening. Brilliant marketing move but as much as I'd love to splurge on these for my wife who's a big Labubu fan, I'm done with these types of hyped merch with artificial shortages. The ugly: Oh, don't bother shopping at their online store either as the webshop is littered with bots unchecked and just waiting to pounce on every single product release or restock. Pop Mart is just another reseller's haven for heavily marked-up merch being resold at 4x the already expensive retail price. read more

Pop Mart is totally cool! You'll find this amazing shop at Fashion Show Mall. Inside is clean and they carry all kinds of adorable figurines such as spongebob, marvel avengers, harry potter, disney characters, and sailor moon! There's a particular figurine that I really, really like. How this works is you pick a box from the series. You won't know what's inside the box prior to purchase, and it's a complete surprise! The only exception would be to buy the entire series set. In truth, the series set doesn't work for me because I only need one item, not the whole collection. There's even a note on the counter that says all sales are final. The shop is a happy place for avid collectors. It is an enticing hobby and I can see why it's super popular. read more

0 stars if I could. I waited in an external line. When I got in no one greeted me or let anyone know if you're purchasing a labubu, you have to create an account. They only told me that while standing in the check out line. Not only did they have no internet in the store the employees gave me attitude and said go walk around. They even asked the person in front of me to create an account and didn't bother to ask me. On my way out I let the greeter know how service can be better, but no. So I just kind of popped in here one day. I don't know if this is the case with all pop mart stores stores or just a few that I have been to, but they all seem extra tiny and super cramped. There are always a lot of people here now that there's such a huge Labubu, Sonny angel, hachipupu, dimoo, space molly, etc following. Me personally I was looking for dimoo plush vinyl characters and accessories. I grabbed a line box. I asked the sales associate to pick one for me actually. We were hoping to get Daisy, but got Chippendale instead. Chippendale still very cute. She was so funny. She asked me if I would be mad if she picked one for me and I didn't get Daisy. Excitedly, I told her no I was just excited to have a demo in my collection now. Considering they're a bit pricey, I did only decide to buy one. I believe there are six in the set. I could be wrong. Anyway, the sales associate who helped me was so sweet. She was Very knowledgeable about their current stock of each collection. She also offhand knew a lot of the prices. I was very impressed. So, for me, the level of customer service was amazing and everyone was so nice. Even the cashier took the time to chit-chat with me a little bit. A lot of times, now, with things being so crazy and some customers being especially extra crazy about their purchases and what they come in looking for, it was nice that somebody actually took the time to say something other than just hi how can I help you?
