The employees also don't really acknowledge anyone except a band of social misfits that seem to patronize the place. They seem to ignore the wealthier executive types (who have plenty of have money to spend) and cater to the customers who have to save up to buy a title. This isn't a case of belittling people of a different income bracket, but you'd think the store would be treating all customers somewhat the same if they're there to actually make money.
