I would have just rather had them all delivered to my home since shipping was also free. So I had to stop by here on Sept. 23rd around 4pm to pick up the couple of items that were available in the store. It wasn't busy when I arrived & I was the 2nd customer in here. There were actually parking spots available right out front but since they now make you pay for parking I headed to the parking garage which was a few steps out of the store. When I walked inside I was greeted right away & asked if there was something specific I was looking for and I let the girl know I was there for an on-line order. I headed to the counter and the employee back there was finishing ringing up a customer. She had asked me for the last 4 #'s of my order but I had asked if I could use my driver's license (I did read the pickup instructions on line before arriving) as I had it in my hand ready to go & she said yes. It didn't take long @ all for her to go grab my bag out of a cabinet & hand it over. I probably spent about 5 minutes in the store. I didn't look around as I still had the rest of my order coming to my house but I did notice how well organized the store was & it was very clean. This wasn't my 1st time in here & won't be my last! lol Thanks ladies!

Another woman who was waiting also left without being helped. Although the store was not busy and several sales associates were on the floor, no one stepped in to help at the counter. When it was my turn, I asked the cashier why another associate could not assist. He said he was the only one available. Before leaving without making a purchase, I asked another associate the same question. She explained that someone had just returned from lunch and that another employee was on break. Leaving customers waiting while associates are available on the floor is poor customer service. I have encountered this issue before and have raised it previously. Please address the lack of support at the counter to prevent this from happening again.

I came from hawaii & hawaii people know that the closet thing to a Hobby Lobby is Ben Franklin crafts store. Selection it's a lot and with all different seasons. Really excited for fall and xmas again. Anyways , we came here to buy graduation things for a lei to make and they were all out. It so happens that we came across the store manager Jeff, very patient and very helpful. He went to look up their inventory and kindly told us that he's awaiting a new batch that would come in wednesday which is today and he said to just call first thing in the morning and have the staff out some on hold with Jeff's request. I never called in the morning because i was too busy BUT at 5pm ish i called, they still had some in stock and they kept it for me til closing (8pm). I really appreciate the experience i had with the store manager and the two ladies in front cashier whom was also very helpful and informative with my questions about the return or exchange policy

It's creepy if you're not ready for all the jesus stuff staring down at you. This place is the worst money grab of crafts stores, if you ask me. Went in June 26th, summer began June 21st. The spring stuff is on some clearance at the front doorway, there are a couple rows of Independence Day things at the front of the store, but the rest of it has been overtaken by the pumpkins, leaves and "It's fall, y'all" signs already. Kind of a shame for hobbyists because don't a lot of people have hobbies so they can relax and enjoy their time? Not speed through and leave the year behind, getting ready for fall the same week that summer began. Yuck. And if Christian values or whatever are added, their employees sure arent indicative of it as they scurry around trying to avoid customers and/ or roll their eyes and brush them off if they so happen to be caught by one. Anyways, some cute things here and there, nothing original. Mostly a bunch of stuff made in another country (you know) on display, marked up so they can put "Everything with red yellow orange tags 30 50 90% off!!"-signs in front of them. Obviously, buy what you have/ want to, but don't fall for their "buy it now or it might not be on sale later!"- game. If you shop for your home decor here, you will surely find a duplicate painting or dish or pillow at a friend's house too. Save the planet, buy secondhand! ;)
