No, the locksmith said your company does not fix/use smart locks cylinders. The only other option was a for a total lock replacement which would not match all the other door knobs in the condo and leave paint exposed around the area since it was a smaller lock. Village key actually fixed it but I then I went ahead and replaced the cylinder for $20. The bottom line was you do not carry/work on that type of lock & you could only suggest purchase a new system. read more

I contacted them and spoke with the owner Patricia or Pat who was unwilling to work with me nor listen to me given my desperate situation. She was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. Owner/manager is rude and may even be discriminatory. I understand checks and balances need to be in place but she was unwilling to provide a solution. I called my Condo Corp and advised them of her rudeness and they provided me with another locksmith who was there in 30 mins and resolved the issue. The guys at Pop-a-lock really do go above and beyond. I called them on my mothers behalf. she had locked her keys in her car right in front of the Police station. The police told her they could not help so I called Pop-a-lock. The man who answered the phone said he was passing the Police station as we were talking so he pulled in, went inside, found my Mother and handed her his phone witch I was still on. When a "frozen" lock job turned ugly and the door hinges needed to be replaced as well, these guys kept their cool and fixed everything. They even went to the hardward store and got new hinges. Pop-A-Lock of St. Augustine surprised me during Thanksgiving week (Nov. 23-26). They called and had a door handle to replace the broken one that happened in October. I was really surprised Pat, Crystal, and Sonny really turned the horrible experience into something pleasant and hopeful for me to have more confidence in their local business. In fact, Crystal had to come back twice because the new door handle was the wrong color and she performed beautifully an replace the wrong color with the right color within 24 hours. Righting a wrong is always a good thing.....They fixed the door handle, made the locks easier to lock and unlock and cut two extra keys. How lovely of them. Thank you....I'm a fan. read more

We were so grateful for these people! While camping at Anastasia State park last week our stupid Tahoe locked itself with the keys (spare included) inside! I think alien's did it! We tried for 2 hours, well after midnight and probably keeping the other campers awake...sorry neighbors. No luck. At least we know that it won't be easy to break into our truck. Finally gave up and at 8 am we called Pop-A-Lock. The front gate people gave us the card. The girl who answered was so sweet and quoted an arrival time of 30-45 minutes because the grounds are so large it takes a bit to get to the site. That was great because we had to be out of the site by 1 pm. He was there in less than 30 minutes and had us inside in 5 minutes. Thank goodness they can take a credit card right there because I had $5 cash in my wallet (which of course was in the truck). I gave my $5 to the guy and would have tipped more if I had more cash. It is the best $39.95 i could have spent that day! They could charge anything they want. You are on vacation, and camping! What are you going to do except pay it? You have to get into your car! Yet they keep the price reasonable and are so professional and efficient. I hope I never have to enlist their services again but I will call them 1st if need be. Thank you so much for helping! We pulled into the parking lot at the old fort shortly before 6pm and parked. My son, anxious to do some photography before sunset, jumped out the van to go feed the parking meter several cars away. I realized this as I was gathering my personal belongings, and stepped out the van to tell him not to, since it was after 5pm. I had not yet removed the keys from the ignition, having been distracted, and pushed the lock switch down which locked all of the doors, and closed the door. I didn't even realize I had locked the keys in the van until about 30 minutes later when my son asked for the keys to get his skateboard. Thank goodness I had my smartphone!
