It's just right for what you need to know, like when your Squad tech is heading your way (so if you spazz-out like me and forget to unlock the gate, you get a moment to do so) - They do a thorough job, yet are so stealth that you would never know they were there. The only thing I don't love is that they give you a text option to tip your tech. I know we are tip-happy in the US, and I don't want to feel like I have to tip every week on top of the fee.
