I also want to give a special thank you to the receptionist who helped me sign up for the one-time service. I had just lost my dog of six years after she unexpectedly had a seizure and passed away. On top of the heartbreak, I had to pay for her cremation, so I couldn't afford the higher prices that some other companies were charging. They always send confirmation texts before coming and they show up within that timeframe. They also send photo confirmation that they closed any entrances they used. They work efficiently and I never found any undiscovered poops! If I wasn't moving out of the area I would continue to use them!
