This place completely blew me away. They were extremely nice! and helpful and very knowledgeable on grooming poodles. I was skeptical to go to a groomer because of a previous experience at a different place but creative clips really turned that around for me. I was over the moon when I got to see Pongo after his appointment with them. They really have talent and are super caring people. I highly recommend them!

I am so so so happy I found this place! They were completely amazing! I have a big dog and I was nervous because he can pull and jump, but they handled him with ease!!! He has dry skin and she used a special shampoo on him. She was even able to trim his nails, which he hates! Everyone there was really friendly and I already booked my pup's next appointment! When i brought my little doggie into creative clips i didn't know what to expect. Well!!!! They are not your usual groomers! They are a group of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. I felt like i was with family. I let them know my pup had knee injuries. While one gal clipped his face, another held up his little rump! It was wonderful. I left there feeling secure in the knowledge my pup was in safe and loving hands.

This is the absolute BEST pet salon! Yesterday I took my small 4.5 lb puppy there for grooming and I couldn't have had a better experience! My puppy had a bad experience at another Benicia salon where she was traumatized by being left in a crate for an hour without being serviced. Needless to say that created extreme anxiety and agitation when we entered Creative clips. The staff there was AMAZING! Cindy who works at the front desk held and pet my baby until she calmed down. She treated her as if she were her own pet! Jaida groomed her with patience and caring.They were both professional and attention to her special needs. I highly recommend Creative Clips ! read more

I took my 6 month old maltipoo here for her first grooming and Jesse did an amazing job! She answered all of my questions, was very thorough, and friendly. I dropped her off and she was ready in less than two hours. The prices are great too! Already scheduled our next appointment with her. :-) read more

I was never treated so unprofessionally rude, when I arrived 15 minutes early to pick up my dog. I actually drove from out of town to get my dog groomed there. Paid $185 to have her groomed only to be told (using profanity ) that I needed to wait for the phone call. They just lost a customer. read more

I found them after trying half a dozen places before them. All of them would leave my dog, shaking and needing to be carried inside. And then we found this wonderful place. This remains the only groomer my dog will voluntarily walk into. After several years, she still greets them happily. read more

This place completely blew me away. They were extremely nice! and helpful and very knowledgeable on grooming poodles. Love, love, love these folks. They are so upbeat and kind, and it's obvious that they just love dogs. They take great care with my nervous pooch and he always comes out looking AMAZING and smelling sooo good. And the bowties are such a wonderful added touch! I took my dogs there a few times and asked for simple things to be done. Like shaving the belly or cutting the nails. The last time I took my pet they cut the dog and my pet ended up with 8 stitches. The groomer told me it was a small cut that didn't need to be seen. I have a friend that works at a vet and took my dog there on an emergency basis. Where they found it packed with powder that was causing it to turn it black and smell. Mind you I took them straight to the vet. They also wrapped her foot and the wrapping was so tight the foot began to swell. They only mentioned it in passing when I picked my dogs up they didn't even bother to call and tell me or ask what I wanted them to do. The groomer never called to check in and didn't even seem to care. I will not be going back and I don't feel like my pets were ever properly taken care of. If they cut your pet definitely take it to a vet cause they obviously don't know what they are doing. read more

Suzanne at Creative Clips is amazing! I took Kali (our 6 month old Miniature Sheepadoodle) to her for grooming yesterday and I'm delighted with the results. Not only does Kali look fabulous, but she actually "kissed" Suzanne goodbye when we were leaving. And most importantly, it only took me 5 minutes to brush Kali this morning instead of 15 minutes! read more

We took one of my dogs here for the first time today. He is a Brittany spaniel/Australian Shepard. His fur was looking a little crazy. The staff made his fur whiter than I've ever seen it. He was so fluffy and smelled so good. We've gone to other place and my dogs have come home not smelling great. I was so pleased with the staff at how friendly they were. We are def a customer for hood now! I highly recommend them! read more

CanNOT say enough good things about this place. I'd been trying to book an appointment to get my senior dog clipped and bathed and called Creative Clips on a recommendation from my vet. They were able to fit me in the same day. I mean, wow, and thank you! My new doggie groomer. read more

We had her come to our house to bathe two cats. These two cats have never had a bath. One of them is a hefty 20 lb cat with some matting. The other was a very skittish and squirmy 11 lb cat. Johnna was super patient. We were able to bathe one cat without much force at all. So much undercoat came out! He was even purring and asking her for more pets. She was able to brush out almost all of the mats. The cat grooming includes a bath, blow drying, brushing, and nail trim with a base price of $110. That's very affordable. Totally worth the money to avoid tears and spilling blood struggling to do it myself! Johnna's communication was spot on. She texted when she was on her way. She came prepared with a cat bag and everything in her set up. She did a wonderful job grooming the cats. My cats were left smelling fresh and no longer stinky and full of dandruff. When I dropped him off, the staff walked me through several grooming options and explained the pricing for each. Yoshi is a Goldendoodle and had a lot of matted knots. I was leaning toward shaving him because it fit my budget and seemed like the easiest solution, even though I really didn't want to. When I picked him up, I was shocked--in the best way! Yoshi wasn't shaved down. Instead, they were able to work through the mats and give him an incredible haircut. He looked so handsome! We looked around for a while and kept finding groomers that just didn't do a great job. We wanted someone calm, kind, patient, gentle, and highly skilled. Mark truly delivered. Mark's mobile space is cutting edge. Super clean, beautiful and state of the art. Mark himself is so calm and skilled. Yams (our puppy) is usually really wild since he is still so young but he was instantly calm with Mark. Because he's a puppy we were not sure if the full groom would be possible but because Mark has such a calming effect on dogs and is so talented the full groom got done with ease. Yams looked so handsome, Mark really executed our vision, but most of all made our sweet boy feel calm and safe. He will be our groomer for life. I cannot recommend Mark and Principled Pooch enough!

You can tell Mark really took their time and handled him with such care and patience. His coat is soft, perfectly trimmed, and he is looking fresh, happy, and so handsome. It's clear Mark truly loves what they do and treats every pup like their own. If you're looking for a groomer who is professional, gentle, and does an incredible job, I highly recommend Principled Pooch. Simba and I will definitely be back!

My Favorite Groomer has been so wonderful to my boyfriend's dog Mia. They treat her as their own…read moredog with lots of love and attention. She gets her nails done on a regular basis and has never been injured. She smells and looks so good after her "spa" day. I felt like the prices were very reasonable. And my 3rd dog for the first time. He has been the only groomer that has successfully tamed her during grooming. My Shih Tzu is a fear biter. And he met her and did an amazing job! I'm so pleased! All my dogs came out with great grooming and smelling fantastic! I've even recommended him to my friends. He has a spot inside a shop and he's an independent groomer.
