I would like to update that the Groomer that I deal with for all of my dogs is Emily. Emily is no longer at this establishment. My dogs therefore, do not go to this establishment anymore, and I cannot verify how the business is currently.9/12/2022

This place completely blew me away. They were extremely nice! and helpful and very knowledgeable on grooming poodles. I was skeptical to go to a groomer because of a previous experience at a different place but creative clips really turned that around for me. I was over the moon when I got to see Pongo after his appointment with them. They really have talent and are super caring people. I highly recommend them!

This place is great! My fiancé called last minute to get a quick trim around my pup's face and they were able to squeeze us in! We were welcomed with open arms, by what seemed to be ran by all women! We saw other dogs with dog-friendly colored ears, a dead pool sign on a back of a pup, a cat named toothless and a big tortoise eating! They treated our pup with much love. We can't wait to book an appointment to get his first real haircut :)))))

Creative clips is the place to take your fur baby, Susie Cheryl and crew are the best down there they treat your babies with love and kindness and even decorate them when they leave. I don't think I would take my babies anywhere else but there.

I am so so so happy I found this place! They were completely amazing! I have a big dog and I was nervous because he can pull and jump, but they handled him with ease!!! He has dry skin and she used a special shampoo on him. She was even able to trim his nails, which he hates! Everyone there was really friendly and I already booked my pup's next appointment! I highly recommend! Oh, she put a cute bow on his collar when I picked him up!!!

When i brought my little doggie into creative clips i didn't know what to expect. Well!!!! They are not your usual groomers! They are a group of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. I felt like i was with family. I let them know my pup had knee injuries. While one gal clipped his face, another held up his little rump! It was wonderful. I left there feeling secure in the knowledge my pup was in safe and loving hands.

I took my 6 month old maltipoo here for her first grooming and Jesse did an amazing job! She answered all of my questions, was very thorough, and friendly. I dropped her off and she was ready in less than two hours. The prices are great too! Already scheduled our next appointment with her. :-) read more

I found them after trying half a dozen places before them. All of them would leave my dog, shaking and needing to be carried inside. And then we found this wonderful place. This remains the only groomer my dog will voluntarily walk into. After several years, she still greets them happily. read more

I took my dogs there a few times and asked for simple things to be done. Like shaving the belly or cutting the nails. The last time I took my pet they cut the dog and my pet ended up with 8 stitches. The groomer told me it was a small cut that didn't need to be seen. I have a friend that works at a vet and took my dog there on an emergency basis. Where they found it packed with powder that was causing it to turn it black and smell. Mind you I took them straight to the vet. They also wrapped her foot and the wrapping was so tight the foot began to swell. They only mentioned it in passing when I picked my dogs up they didn't even bother to call and tell me or ask what I wanted them to do. The groomer never called to check in and didn't even seem to care. I will not be going back and I don't feel like my pets were ever properly taken care of. If they cut your pet definitely take it to a vet cause they obviously don't know what they are doing. read more

Love, love, love these folks. They are so upbeat and kind, and it's obvious that they just love dogs. They take great care with my nervous pooch and he always comes out looking AMAZING and smelling sooo good. And the bowties are such a wonderful added touch! Suzanne at Creative Clips is amazing! I took Kali (our 6 month old Miniature Sheepadoodle) to her for grooming yesterday and I'm delighted with the results. Not only does Kali look fabulous, but she actually "kissed" Suzanne goodbye when we were leaving. And most importantly, it only took me 5 minutes to brush Kali this morning instead of 15 minutes! read more

We took one of my dogs here for the first time today. He is a Brittany spaniel/Australian Shepard. His fur was looking a little crazy. The staff made his fur whiter than I've ever seen it. He was so fluffy and smelled so good. We've gone to other place and my dogs have come home not smelling great. I was so pleased with the staff at how friendly they were. We are def a customer for hood now! I highly recommend them! read more

CanNOT say enough good things about this place. I'd been trying to book an appointment to get my senior dog clipped and bathed and called Creative Clips on a recommendation from my vet. They were able to fit me in the same day. I mean, wow, and thank you! My new doggie groomer. read more
