Thank you Jen!

Today was Simon's first visit with Jen. She did a wonderful job! Her shop is top notch as well as Jen! Thank you Jen, we'll be back!

I love how Jenn loves my babies. She does a wonderful job making them pretty. She listens to how we like our babies to look & she even keeps a card on file with the details of the grooming she has given them in the past. We all love Jenn at four Groomery.

Look no further Jen is the Best Groomer in the area hands down. I've been going to Fur Groomery for ah while now and my Chihuahuas are happy as can be. They smell so great and look so shiny. I highly recommend Jen as you will not get a better Pro than her.

She was amazing. It was my baby's first haircut and he was very calm with her and i felt super comfortable leaving there. Yelp took me ALL OVER Vallejo but i found the place eventually. Jordan (my lil fur muffin) seems to be very cocky after his first cut and she took care of my Jack Russell's nails when i went to pick up Jordan. Cant wait to send both my fur babies on the regular!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Jen is absolutely wonderful! This was my pups first grooming so as a pet owner i was worried to leave her alone but Jen's positive atmosphere contradicted those doubts. Oreo's haircut took about an hour and a half and Jen texts backs and provides updates if you ever text her about how your pup is doing. The moment i picked Oreo up she look absolutely different in a fabulous way and she smelled amazing too. I recommend Jen to anyone who wants their pet looking gorgeous! & her prices are sooo reasonable. I look forward to more grooming visits with her! :) here are some b4 and after pictures.

First time with Jen & she did a great job with my Meeko (mix shihtzu & Pom). I can tell Meeko was nervous when I left her but I felt comfortable. The place is also clean & there was only 1 other dog so my baby was well taken care of. Thanks again Jen!

Jen took the time to get to know our pup and our preferences and really listened to what we wanted.

Finally went ahead with grooming in addition to the nail trims. Both dogs were washed are SUPER…read moresilky and the haircut on our one long haired boy is fantastic; so handsome!! Thanks, Angie!

I will never take my dog here again. Here's a list of my reasons…read more 1. When I got in with my dog there was a man ahead of me waiting to pick up his dog. The owner was at a table shaving a little dog. Other dogs were barking and the little dog was gettin anxious and fidgeting a lot. She grabed the dogs leg, yanked it and yelled (growled) at him to "just stop it". She looked up quickly, seemingly making sure no one saw her, and moved her tone down to a semi-smooth cuddly one. I think she thought no one saw her, but I did. I was a little concerned, but put it aside. 2. My dog was frantic (new, loud place) and trying to jump on my lap. Puppy was growling at the woman, which he hardly ever does, and I knew if I picked him up and gave him to her, he would settle down. Instead she snapped at me to let him alone. She was trying to pet him, and he wasn't playing. I told her to rub his tummy and he settled down. Then she said something like, if you listen to me theres no problem (paraphrased) (Sorry this is so long, but I am just angry) I was a tiny bit worried something would happen to him. 3. I got back and reached over the little gate to calm the puppy down, and again she snapped" dontreach over MY gate" and proceded to tell me how I could get bit. Perhaps, but I thought her very melodramatic since my dog was the only one there. I realized, as an after thought, Angie was trying to keep me from seeing my dogs stomach, and the injury. 4. Her attitude toward me and my dog was absolutly condescending. Her roughness toward that first dog, and mine was what made me not want to take my puppy there again, but the reason I'm writing is... **my puppy had a nice bloody divit removed from his belly and she never even told me. In the past my dog was nipped twice during different groomings. Both times I was told about the injury at pickup. She never said a word to me about the injury. Also there were a few places the shears had left deep cuts in his fur. She told me she wasnt going to cut the ears and tail. She could have at least mentioned it to me...." oh, by the way... ears and tail really needed trimming, contrary to what I said before." One ear was shortened, one was not She also cut the tuffs of hair at the top of one ear and it looks like a misplaced cowlick. Not as cute as it sounds. After all that she made sure to point out I could leave a tip. I'm so angry I could spit like a cat. I want my $10 tip back, and half the cutting charge. Now I am telling everyone I know, and people at the dog parks, This woman does not deserve your business. She is disingenuous, she lies and takes her anger out on the animals. Yeah, the next one could be fine... but why would any one take a chance with their family. Little clues add up. Some times we ignore what we think is unrelated, even though it nags at your brain. Dont let it go. UPDATE SAME DAY I Just gave my dog some through attention and found a huge fur divit under the chin, and a nice shaved line under the collar area. I have posted pictures. Now I just plain want my money back... I wished like hell the scoring went into negative mumbers
