PSA: Alejandra's shop moved to 909 Alameda St, Vallejo, CA 94590. She's still doing an amazing job, now at a bigger and nicer space! She does great with my Pomeranians, they come out looking like show dogs. And she's amazing with cutting my sister's chihuahua mix's nails, who previously had to be sedated or medicated at other places because of his severe anxiety around nail cutting. Over charge for services. She did half the job and charged full price. Said dogs paw hair to long to polish nails after cutting?!! It took her less than 1 minute per dog becuase she just cut. Cut the nails to short 3 times where the dog was crying. Has a bad attitude when asked to consider a fair price or give a full service. read more

We took our small dog to this groomer and he came home itching like crazy. I used some diluted cortisone cream for dogs and the itching did not stop. So I got some all-natural anti-itch cream with neem oil and used that on my little guy. But the itching did not stop. After a few days of scratching like crazy my little sweetheart had red scabs on his stomach from scratching so much. So we went back to this groomer to get some advice. Instead of giving us a solution, we were greeted rudely by the owner and told to leave the shop. She said that our dog must have fleas and that's why he's scratching. But our dog does not have fleas! Then she said he was unruly when she was giving him a bath. Okay, what does that have to do with him coming home scratching? Then she said "I've been working on show dogs for 25 years!" Again, can you help us with this itching? She said to leave the shop! Which we did. We will not be returning, even if it was free! She clearly does not care about our little guy or our business. read more
