    Yams after his grooming
    Yarrow H.

Mark is truly a dog whisperer. My husband and I were looking around for a dog groomer as we just got a poodle mix puppy and his hair was getting really long. We looked around for a while and kept finding groomers that just didn't do a great job. We wanted someone calm, kind, patient, gentle, and highly skilled. Mark truly delivered. Mark's mobile space is cutting edge. Super clean, beautiful and state of the art. Mark himself is so calm and skilled. Yams (our puppy) is usually really wild since he is still so young but he was instantly calm with Mark. Because he's a puppy we were not sure if the full groom would be possible but because Mark has such a calming effect on dogs and is so talented the full groom got done with ease. Yams looked so handsome, Mark really executed our vision, but most of all made our sweet boy feel calm and safe. He will be our groomer for life. I cannot recommend Mark and Principled Pooch enough!

Mark is absolutely incredible. So sweet, gentle, knowledgeable, kind, and most of all, PATIENT. Our little mini doxie, Olive, is only 10 months old and very anxious. Mark really took his time letting her get comfortable with him, and guided us on best ways to help Olive feel more comfortable with him and the grooming process in general. We have found our lifelong groomer for sure and are so grateful!! The fact that he's mobile is also SO appreciated and helpful. Olive would've had a really tough time if we'd had to bring her to an overstimulating groomer location with other dogs and such. Can't give Mark enough praise. You can totally trust that your pup is in good hands with him!

His bandanna can't get him to look at the camera, but he's happy

Excellent groomer and a great person to take care of our dog. Wow talk about him. Feeling really good and smells wonderful.. thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy. Most definitely will keep you coming back taking care of him.. thank you again for Mark for being amazing with our 13-year-old lab Tank

Scheduled our first appointment with Mark this past weekend and we are nothing much pleased with his amazing doggy :) For starters, he arrived right on time and was very informative with the process from start to finish from our Shorkie puppy's (Luna) first full groom, providing suggestions and timelines to how long services would take, to our feisty yet nervous 12 year old Chihuahua mix (Zully) nail trim! You can definitely tell this is Mark's passion between his knowledge and hands on cool, calm and collective doggy skills! Needless to say, we had an excellent first experience between customer service and quality work and definitely look forward to booking again! Attached is a before/after of Luna pup and feisty Zully after her nail trim. Super bonus: Mark provides a cute, complimentary bandanna with his full groom service :) Thank you again!

Hi Mayrami Y, I’m not trained to care for cats, but you can reach out to Diamond Dog Mobile Pet Spa. They provide services for cats!

Finally went ahead with grooming in addition to the nail trims. Both dogs were washed are SUPER…read moresilky and the haircut on our one long haired boy is fantastic; so handsome!! Thanks, Angie!

I will never take my dog here again. Here's a list of my reasons…read more 1. When I got in with my dog there was a man ahead of me waiting to pick up his dog. The owner was at a table shaving a little dog. Other dogs were barking and the little dog was gettin anxious and fidgeting a lot. She grabed the dogs leg, yanked it and yelled (growled) at him to "just stop it". She looked up quickly, seemingly making sure no one saw her, and moved her tone down to a semi-smooth cuddly one. I think she thought no one saw her, but I did. I was a little concerned, but put it aside. 2. My dog was frantic (new, loud place) and trying to jump on my lap. Puppy was growling at the woman, which he hardly ever does, and I knew if I picked him up and gave him to her, he would settle down. Instead she snapped at me to let him alone. She was trying to pet him, and he wasn't playing. I told her to rub his tummy and he settled down. Then she said something like, if you listen to me theres no problem (paraphrased) (Sorry this is so long, but I am just angry) I was a tiny bit worried something would happen to him. 3. I got back and reached over the little gate to calm the puppy down, and again she snapped" dontreach over MY gate" and proceded to tell me how I could get bit. Perhaps, but I thought her very melodramatic since my dog was the only one there. I realized, as an after thought, Angie was trying to keep me from seeing my dogs stomach, and the injury. 4. Her attitude toward me and my dog was absolutly condescending. Her roughness toward that first dog, and mine was what made me not want to take my puppy there again, but the reason I'm writing is... **my puppy had a nice bloody divit removed from his belly and she never even told me. In the past my dog was nipped twice during different groomings. Both times I was told about the injury at pickup. She never said a word to me about the injury. Also there were a few places the shears had left deep cuts in his fur. She told me she wasnt going to cut the ears and tail. She could have at least mentioned it to me...." oh, by the way... ears and tail really needed trimming, contrary to what I said before." One ear was shortened, one was not She also cut the tuffs of hair at the top of one ear and it looks like a misplaced cowlick. Not as cute as it sounds. After all that she made sure to point out I could leave a tip. I'm so angry I could spit like a cat. I want my $10 tip back, and half the cutting charge. Now I am telling everyone I know, and people at the dog parks, This woman does not deserve your business. She is disingenuous, she lies and takes her anger out on the animals. Yeah, the next one could be fine... but why would any one take a chance with their family. Little clues add up. Some times we ignore what we think is unrelated, even though it nags at your brain. Dont let it go. UPDATE SAME DAY I Just gave my dog some through attention and found a huge fur divit under the chin, and a nice shaved line under the collar area. I have posted pictures. Now I just plain want my money back... I wished like hell the scoring went into negative mumbers
