He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I had an issue with the pressure and he came out and got it running. Jeff even looked at the pool and tightened a couple items on the filter for me. He also gave me some advice on opening and closing up the pool. Jake O. - who delivered the pool and pool parts was very polite. Jake answered all my questions. He stacked the items neatly in our garage. I had a question about the voltage on the pump - he took the pump out of the box to show me what electric I needed for the new pool. Great customer service. I will say that I advise anyone looking to get a pool or to service a pool or just get pool supplies - to go to Park Place. They went above and beyond on customer service. Ron her dad is the go to guy for everything in the field. So I've had heaters, pumps and liners installed with no problems. Once when the heater went out right before our daughters birthday party in early June Ron made a special trip out even though he was fully booked. I never forgot that. They suggested that we use a plumber that MMSD recommends We went to Theo website and I chose Budiac Plumbing from the list based on their location. We called them at around 8am to get help clear out our main drain on our 70 year old home. We inquired on their charges which we felt were reasonable and so we asked to send someone out. Matt, the plumber was at our house on the SAME day AND in the time frame promised. He got to work immediately. He noticed our steps to the basement were carpeted so he laid down a runner to protect it from dirt that might come from hauling the equipment. He did an assessment and immediately found the source. He cleared it out and explained everything to my husband who was full of questions while watching. Matt cleaned up after himself and was really so kind to answer all the questions we had. Bottom line, we had a great experience with Budiac Plumbing. No regrets at all.
