I wish there was a way to rave about RJS louder than just leaving a 5 STAR review. I just received customer service and care at a level that I didn't think existed anymore. Their quick verbal diagnostic abilities demonstrated clearly that they are an expert in the field of spa repair. I have a 5 month old spa and received lackluster (i.e. none) training and support from my dealer. The local kenosha store that sold me an $11,000+ hot tub told me that they didn't troubleshoot over the phone and wouldn't be able to come out for nearly a week and a half. After tinkering for the better part of today I sent a random text message to the number on RJS's website. At 7:30pm on a SATURDAY this man responds that he will call me in half an hour. After a few quick questions he was able to walk me through fixing the mistake I made and an hour later this complete hot tub novice had a spa that's up and running again. I moved here from Michigan last year. My fiancé and I bought a house in the Kenosha area that had a hot tub in the backyard. We knew nothing about hot tubs. After doing an internet search, we decided to contact RJS Tech to schedule a service call. We got on the schedule within a few days. They came out and explained the operation and maintenance of the tub in detail. They also inspected the tub and found a leak. They repaired the leak at no extra cost. It was because the great experience we had with this company, that we decided to contact them again when our hot tub stopped heating last week. Again, we were on the schedule within a few days. We are dealing with some challenging issues with Jacuzzi waiting on critical components; but RJS has spent hours on the phone helping ensure our unit remains stable and we do not encounter further system failures. The owner spent over 2 hours on multiple phone calls walking my husband through electrical failure and reset issues, and this was on New Years Day just to save us the added burden and cost of a service call. Rick worked with us gratis to provide some relief as we wait on parts. Wonderful customer service. Our hot tub circulating pump died on a winter weekend. We contacted RJS based on the manufacturer referral. We were outside their service area, but they spent hours on the phone with us. Rick helped me figure out how to remove the siding, identify the pump and advised us to add a space heater until the repair parts could be obtained. Although I started the day knowing little about the mechanics involved in a hot tub, Rick patiently walked me through each step. I purchase a new Sundance Hot Tub from The Great Escape. Had a simple question to ask and called the store. They gave me a number with a voice mail. It took a whole day to return a call and they Couldn't answer the question. I was told to make an appointment for a service call. I called RJS the next day. My question was answered within 5 minutes.
