Was recently looking for an RO service for my pool, I found three services in the Las Vegas area, one said their truck was down, another didn't gat back to me until I had already made arrangements with the third company, Poolistic. I never had this process done so I had many questions, and Jason was very patient answering them all and even adding a few things about the process that I was unaware of. Poolsitic was able to get me worked into their schedule quickly, as a matter of fact they were able to give me a quote over the phone based on the size and condition of my pool, quicker than the second company was even able to come out to give me an estimate.
The day of the service I knew exactly what to expect and Jason was right on time, he set up his trailer, again going over what I could expect and what I would need to be prepared for as my salt pool would require the addition of salt and other balancing chemicals. The following day when Jason returned to pick up his trailer he gave shared with me the before and after chemical numbers and even suggested levels of product to use to bring my pool chemistry back to normal. All in all this was a quick process, and I would defiantly recommend using this service if your pool water is getting saturated, as you won't need to empty and refill your pool, through the RO process you do lose about 20% of the water, but that is considerably better than 100% the old fashioned way. read more
