It was to low and I couldn't get in, could get in, lol, but couldn't get out. My husband, kept on telling me your going to get what you like. Finally, I did, I even had a picture of what I wanted. One day, I called, true testimony, I'm going to call, that's it. I called no more delays. To my surprise I talked to Mr Katz. I set up an appointment with Lone Star Walk In Tubs LLS out of Frisco. He was very knowledgeable, checked out if my bathroom was the right size, it was. Set up for a time, I did. Had an awesome crew of men that set the tub I wanted, even with an shower. it didn't take long to install. Have been enjoying it every since. It's sitting down with warm jetted water. Water comes in fast and drains fast. Waiting for the water to fill gives me a chance to think about my day. Afterwards, my body is relaxed and refreshed. Thank you

    My elderly mother purchased a walk in tub from Lone Star Walk In Tubs early 2015 due to her having…read morebroken her second hip in two years and having a hard time getting in and out of the shower. In June 2015, we discovered a leak above the tub. Originally thinking it was the a/c overflow pan, we contacted an a/c contractor. They came out to discover it was actually from the tub installation and the rerouting of the plumbing. We contacted Mike K and he sent out his new installer to take a look at it since the original install guy was no longer working with him. The new install guy said it was a shoddy install job and if it were him, he would fix the plumbing issue and make it look more professional as the other guy had left the shower spiggott and the on/off valve on the wall that it was originally on. This looked like crap but the install guy told my brother, who was living with my mother at the time, that it was the way he had to do it. We requested Mike to make right on the situation and he never did. We contacted the manufacturer of the tub in NY who also said Mike should make the repairs. Mike's advice was to contact our insurance co who could subrogate to his insurance co. He also said we needed to contact the initial install guy. We did and he said the warranty was with Mike's co, not his. After getting the run around on several different occasions, we had the work completed and my mother was out of pocket over $1000 plus dealing with contractors, wet carpet in the bathroom, mold growing, sheetrock repairs, etc. He was a smooth talker when it came to selling his tub, but certainly wouldn't stand behind it. If you are considering purchasing a tub from them, I would think differently. My mother thinks she was totally taken advantage of due to her age. Working in customer service all my life, I have never personally dealt with such slime.

Every single week, he sends a detailed email outlining exactly what he completed, the status of our chemical levels, whether anything was added, and even how long we should wait before swimming. He also includes a picture of our pool after he's finished, which always gives us such peace of mind. It's rare these days to find someone who is not only so thorough, but who genuinely wants you to feel informed and confident about the care your pool is receiving. Our pool has never looked better, but more importantly, we trust Japi completely. His consistency, kindness, and dedication mean so much to us, and it shows in every visit. If you're looking for someone who will take care of your pool with honesty, heart, and true professionalism, we cannot recommend Japi and GP&A Pool Services enough. They've been an absolute blessing to us.
