I drove from Burlington, purchased the spray for $21.99 and a small spray bottle. I later learned the same spray, 32 ounces, was available at ACE hardware for $14.99. And the small spray bottle doesn't spray. An unfortunate experience at a business I've frequented for years. I will explore options closer to home.

These issues are beyond minor in defect and reflect a failure in both workmanship and communication. I requested remediation in a timely manner with photos and was denied by their contracted 802 Cabinetry dealer (who owns them which is a conflict!) and additionally them as they report my issues to be industry standards. Once you pay this company, they do not care about you or your cabinets. They lack any and all empathy or basic human understanding of a home. I am a mom of 3 children, and this was my 1 time being able to redo our kitchen and KOB has completely failed me. Although I have full acknowledgement from Briann their sales rep that my experience has been terrible and they failed on numerous fronts, they will NOT remedy this in any manner. I will be taking them to court to rectify this 10,000+ error in their service and quality of work. DO NOT SHOP HERE! It is illegal and immoral what they are doing to people.

The young woman at the counter was pleasant and she spent a little time checking things a few things out. She said she was unable to find the issue, and said she would need to bring it back to the bench to look at it. In all honesty, she did briefly mention a $45 bench fee. She said to come back within 20 minutes and she should have it fixed by then. That surprised me because she said she didn't know what was wrong with it. When I came back to pick it up, the owner (?) was at the counter and charged me $48+. I asked what was wrong with it, and she said it was a bad plug. I was shocked by the price, and queried, " You're going to charge me $48 for a $3 plug and work that would've taken about five minutes?" Her reply was curt and somewhat rude. She told me that they had to cover their bills somehow. To me, this was terrible customer service. It is my theory that the young lady at the counter could tell right away that it was just the plug when she examined it. I felt scammed. I would've happily bought a plug from them and done it myself if I only I had known. It would have been good customer service if she would have worked with me, but this woman was unwilling to budge. I tried communicating with them through email, asking if we could come to some sort of compromised bill. No one ever responded to any of my emails. Poor customer service doesn't pay in the end, but I had to!! $48 was a lot of money out of my very limited income.
