I wasn't planning on purchasing any spa services or cryo therapy sessions, but since I was in Burlington, which is 30 mins by car and 1.5 hrs by bus (which i take the bus) from Saint Albans where I live, I decided to take advantage of being there and booked an impromptu localized cryotherapy session with heat as well. The owner was very nice and welcoming, as was the nurse who drew my blood. I really wanted to get a head/neck/scalp massage but the massesuse was just on the way out as I was coming in. I really loved the overall feel and aesthetic of the spa. I really appreciated how accommodating the owner was last minute to squeeze me in for a localized cryo session. I have had pain in the back of my knee for a few years now and it has gotten worse overtime from being on my feet working in restaurants and in healthcare (long hours). Anyways she used heat on the area first to warm it up and then used really cold nitro and my knee basically went numb lol It was a different kind of sensation. The owner gave me a tour of the spa and everything. If I was closer to Burlington I would have gone more often. The prices were rather reasonable as well. Due to their poor installation workmanship, they failed to seal any openings so mice got in and ate wires. They refused to take responsibility for this and blamed the manufacturer. We googled this matter of installation and across the board every article said sealing holes is one of the most important parts of installation. Allen Pools said they NEVER seal holes. They have totally blown us off, not even returning phone calls. All we want is to have them fix the wiring (and seal holes). They have treated us poorly. Think twice about this company.

I have used their service for repair (pump replacement) and routine drain & cleaning. Very good on that score. The folks in the showroom in Lebanon could not be nicer. I stop in to have the water tested. Their print-out instructions are easy to follow and have kept our spa in top shape. I also purchase all the chemicals through them. If our Spa ever needs replacement, I will go directly to them.
