A feature didn't work, and while they did offer to pick up the hot tub and repair it, I didn't like the thought of having the wiring and plumbing undone. Plus who knows what other issues might arise when it is moved to their shop and back. An refund of $200 was offered by the manufacturer, but I didn't feel that was sufficient. A very kind salesperson (Rachel) offered to check with the owners. Months have passed without an answer and numerous phone calls. Needless to say I will not be recommending Luxury Pools & Spas on Pump Road -- poor service when you can't get the owners to stand behind their products! Owners are clearly in it for the $$$ and didn't even bother to call.

It's been at my house over 8 months and I still can't use it. They sent a drug addict to my house that I caught on video doing drugs. Then he used the wrong adhesive so when filled it dissolved in the water got thru the filters and came out of every jet, clogged the waterfalls and coated inside the lines, inside the pumps, in the bearings and every inch of surface. This happened 4 (yep that's four) times. Then had me drain it and no called & no showed 2 times. Nobody came for over a month, so all of it hardened to concrete in the air. Julie Ricks in Covington La. , Misty Hicks in Knoxville Tenn. do nothing but make excuses, delay and cover for their bosses. Do not believe the CEO on their recording when on hold for an hour. He has NEVER answered not one of my emails. I'm a disabled Vet. I live on limited & fixed income. They have cost me thousands in changing my plans and wasting non-refundable tixs and I even had to postpone another major surgery. Drained my accounts and still can't even tell me when they can do something about. Any good and respectable CEO & Owner would just swap it out with one at their warehouse. It would be cheaper for them to do that. But they have no honor. No decency. No respect. I hope God is watching.

While the manager seemed to be truly knowledgeable about pool products and chemicals, we felt mocked the entire time we were in the store. We were basically told Intex wasn't a 'pool' and that they didn't have any ladders or vacuums that would work with it, despite the reviews I'd read online about using the Zippy for intex pools and the roll up ladder. They mocked our water "sample container", our "pool" and even me, as they laughed, giggled and questioned me the entire time we were in the store about how I reminded them of another customer. When I expressed directly that I felt they were being mean, we were told it was a long day, we could either laugh with them or just stand there and stare at them. When we asked to purchase the chemicals necessary to stabilize the pool based on the tests they were able to complete, we were not given any information on options, such as sizes, costs, etc., just presented the chemicals and the bill. We should have turned around and walked out sans purchase, but we paid the bill and left. IMHO, I would visit ANY pool store in the area EXCEPT this one!!

They're in high demand, so scheduling takes patience--but it's absolutely worth it for Southern Spa's expertise and reliability. We installed our pool in 2021, and this was honestly the first season in 5 years that we went the entire season without any issues. The pool consistently looked amazing, the water was crystal clear, and everything was well maintained. It was such a relief to simply enjoy our pool all summer without having to worry about something going wrong. We also want to recognize Tee Jae, who installed our new salt cell. The installation went smoothly and was another great experience. We truly appreciate the care, consistency, and attention to detail this team provided throughout the season. Adonys, Frank, Israel, Javier, and Tee Jae all deserve recognition for a job very well done. Thank you for making this our best and easiest pool season since we installed our pool!

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

We called multiple times during their business hours, left several voicemails, and sent text messages as requested, but no one has returned a single call or message. If this is how they treat potential customers at the very beginning of the process, it really makes you question how they would handle a major project or any problems after installation. We've decided to look elsewhere for a pool company that actually answers the phone and respects our time.
