My family's experience with Integrity Pools is great. We were recommended to them from a contractor who did some work around our pool and we could not be happier. After many years - almost 10 - of wear and tear (literally!!) our liner was in dire condition. Three children had and two childlike adults had spent many blissful summers and happy birthday parties jumping and splashing around. We were hoping maybe to be able to still repair the liner but we knew that replacement was more of a realistic option. When Jon and his crew came to see the condition of the pool we were impressed by how knowledgeable and professional they were at all times. Jon told us we could probably get another year out of the liner by repairing it again but that it was our choice as far as what we wanted to do. He let us know the pros and cons of each situation. His wife, Nikki let us how much we were going to pay either way. Not one time have we felt pushed one way or another. We always felt they had our and our pool's best interest at heart. We decided to have our liner replaced and that went awesome!! Even faster than what was foreseen! And that was last fall. We opened our pool just a few days ago before Memorial Day weekend and found that part of liner had slipped out of track in one point. We called immediately and Nikki said that unfortunately they were all booked up with appointments but she would talk to Jon to see what he could do. Well, the day after our liner was back in order. If that is not excellent service, I don't know what is. What my family and I know is that we are going to stay with Integrity for all of our pool needs: they are a great team, trustworthy and are there when you need them. read more

I am quite sure the previous reviewer has accidentally sighted the WRONG pool company. We have been with John Bullock of Integrity Pools for three years now - although we maintain our own pool during the season, John opens it and closes it for us and has done some serious installation for us over the years. The first year of ownership (of an existing pool) John was responsible for fitting and ordering our safety cover for us, and responsible for supervising the installation of a heat pump system, installation of a new sand filter and chlorinator, new electrical box, the pouring of a concrete pad to support all the new equipment and recommending and overseeing the electrician who did all the work. We could not have been happier. He and his crew acted in a very professional manner as they always do and left the worksite cleaner than it was when they arrived!! The following fall, we had him come back and dig a trench for our backwash hose so that we didn't have to walk that back and forth all the time - again - a very professional job was accomplished. If I have EVER had a problem or a question, a phone call was all it took. His answer is always very courteous even if he is very busy and is always most prompt. I have recommended him to countless folks in the past 3 years and will continue to do so - as I will also continue to use him. I'm not usually one to do reviews but I had to make an exception in this case. My mother's pool was having some issues and the research I did on-line lead me to conclude that I was facing a costly repair. I told Jon what I suspected and we agreed to meet at my mothers house so he could look at the pool. He showed up on time which I unfortunately didn't, but my mother was there. By the time I arrived, Jon had solved the problem for a fraction of what I expected. He then took the time to explain how to avoid costly repairs in the future with inexpensive regular maintenance. So now he takes care of that for her. In a situation where someone else could have really hit me in the wallet for an unnecessary repair, Jon didn't. He saved me money up front and is saving me money down the road. That is one well named company and the best call I could have made. read more

As I new pool owner (it came with the house) I was a bit apprehensive at signing a contract with a pool company for my weekly cleanings and yearly opening and closings. The owner personally came out and addressed all my questions and concerns with owning a pool. I signed a contract with him and could not have been happier with my desicion, my pool looks amazing all summer and I have not had any issues. He is excellent at answering the phone or returning my phone calls promptly and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions I have (no matter how silly they sound). Would recommend him in a second to anyone looking for a honest pool company!! read more

I have been doing business with Integrity Pool and Spa for 2 years now. They open and close my pool each year and they are always there for my questions. They do excellent work and have great customer service. They stand behind all their work. When they say they will be there they are there. We even talked with them before we had our pool installed for information. Jon Bullock is the best. Always answered our questions even when we called a lot. We bought a house with a pool almost 3 years ago and had a problem with the pool on Friday before a holiday weekend. Jon was the only one willing to come out and he not only checked on the problem but spent time patiently explaining how everything works as we were new pool owners. He has opened and closed our pool each year, ordered and installed a pool cover and new liner and converted us to a salt system. I know this is 2 years later but it is so significant I had to report it. My pool has continued to leak in the area of this jet. We had to replace the liner this year and repair some concrete that had buckled from water damage so we reopened this plumbing area and repiped everything. What we found was a fitting that was put together with silicone instead of being glued. We are talking schedule 40 PVC pipe. No wonder we were leaking. It's fixed now. We did it ourselves. read more

My wife and I have been using Integrity Pools for a few years now and have had nothing but excellent service. They open and close our pool with every week cleanings. We recommend their "all- inclusive" maintenance program because it covers everything we need (opening, closing, weekly service, and the chemicals) These guys are great and we highly recommend them. read more

Jon is simply the best. His operation is extremely professional with an emphasis on quality customer service. A lot of pool guys don't show up when they say they will, take too long or do poor quality work. Jon has handled our openings and closings for years and did a liner replacement that we are very happy with back in 2014. read more

Integrity found and promptly fixed a difficult to discover leak in my pool. Also Integrity modified some of my original pool equipment that was problematic 5 seasons. I'm not sure if anyone else in Richmond could have handled the retrofit work on my pool equipment. I'm very pleased with the results. read more
