When arriving to the location he did not greet us and when another couple came in behind us he greeted them. I clarified that we wern't with the lady ahead of us and that we were there to have our water tested. He said he wasnt going to be able to help that day he was too busy. I told him we drove 30 min to have it tested. He said it may be a few hours and asked if we could come back. I said we would wait. We live too far from the store to just come back. He finally got to helping us after assisting buzzed up customer from having bloody Mary's next door and trying to push us away. However, he kept talking down to me and telling the chemicals I was using were bad. I asked why, he said because hes been doing this for 20+ years and he knew they were with no further explanation. My spa had turned green after i put chemicals in. He said it's because I used the wrong stuff. I told him i thought it was from metals in the water since we filled it with the well. After analyzing thr water he realized what I did was fine, and it was probably copper in the water that turned it green. We got our chemicals, but definitely wont be back.

Jacuzzi is the absolute top of the line and has special massaging jets that the others just don't have. I'm a disabled vet with some ortho issues and my Jacuzzi hot tub helps a lot to help ease through a lot of ortho pain. Well, nobody wants to get into a moldy hot tub. Especially one that the heater has forgotten when to say enough is enough... I went in to see Kevin in the Fredericksburg Premium Billiards and Jacuzzi store. Kevin is the GM for the area and lucky for me, he happens to call our Fredericksburg store... home base. He took the time to hear everything that was going on with my hot tub. He carefully considered every issue and then he spent probably 15 minutes hand writing out a full page of instructions for me and collecting all the chem's and replacement filters I'd need to get my hot tub back to factory settings again... and he got a trouble ticket in under my warranty to get my heater fixed. And for you Vets... he gave me a nice Veteran's discount. Make sure you let him know your Red, White and Blue inside and out!!! I can't recommend Premium Billiards and Jacuzzi strongly enough... While the manager seemed to be truly knowledgeable about pool products and chemicals, we felt mocked the entire time we were in the store. We were basically told Intex wasn't a 'pool' and that they didn't have any ladders or vacuums that would work with it, despite the reviews I'd read online about using the Zippy for intex pools and the roll up ladder. They mocked our water "sample container", our "pool" and even me, as they laughed, giggled and questioned me the entire time we were in the store about how I reminded them of another customer. When I expressed directly that I felt they were being mean, we were told it was a long day, we could either laugh with them or just stand there and stare at them. When we asked to purchase the chemicals necessary to stabilize the pool based on the tests they were able to complete, we were not given any information on options, such as sizes, costs, etc., just presented the chemicals and the bill. We should have turned around and walked out sans purchase, but we paid the bill and left. IMHO, I would visit ANY pool store in the area EXCEPT this one!!
