I had to have a lateral replaced and after fixing it, the pool began leaking and sand was still in pool. This time they said it was motor so I paid about $2k for that and the next day, pool equipment was spewing water. They came back out, taped it up and then said that another part was broken. Somehow this wasn't broken or not mentioned prior to them putting in the new pump. That fix would cost me another $400+. Due to lack of availability with other pool companies, I had them back out to drain and vacuum waterfall for winter. They charged me $175 and all they did was turn off a valve which they turned in the wrong direction, causing my pool to drain for days before we figured out what was wrong. I had to fill the pool daily for hours and the next day the pool would be low again. For the $175 to drain my waterfall, they didn't even drain/vacuum/empty it and ice chunks developed in it. Thankfully, the pipes didn't burst. When I called Travis to tell him about the situation, he basically told me it was my fault for not calling him earlier, and at some point during the conversation, he actually laughed at me. He said he would refund my money but in the future, I was free to find someone else to work on my pool. Well that was 4 months ago, and not one cent has been returned to me. There are a lot of bad pool companies in Memphis, and unfortunately, Pool Sharks has now made that list. read more
