He is always willing to share his knowledge and give real time walk-through instructions over the phone. In my experience, if he is away, he will say what day he returns... so I don't leave a message, but call him on the return date. I did that today and he called me back within three minutes and walked me through the problems I was having as well as advising me to contact the store. When I explained I was doing hospice for my mother as her primary caretaker & was out of state & that they would need to wait til I was back home so I could check my records they said they'd give me a week!
