He is always willing to share his knowledge and give real time walk-through instructions over the phone. In my experience, if he is away, he will say what day he returns... so I don't leave a message, but call him on the return date. I did that today and he called me back within three minutes and walked me through the problems I was having as well as advising me to contact the store. I bought it from in order to initiate a warrantied assessment and repair on a possible small leak. He is SO friendly and so helpful! I heartily recommend Carolina Hot Tub Solutions!!!!!!

Genco employees have always responded to our questions and provided us with quick and quality service. Recently I brought a jet cover to Brian in Simpsonville. He found a replacement. Genco's quality can't be beat and they stand behind their spas with service that you can count on. I will do business with them again.

When I explained I was doing hospice for my mother as her primary caretaker & was out of state & that they would need to wait til I was back home so I could check my records they said they'd give me a week! How rude & insensitive!! I now use Pool Rescue & love them. They had to repair lots of the pool equipment as the repairs Genco did were very poor quality. Avoid this business!
