I was expecting to leave mine and go back the next day for a replacement especially since it was after 6pm on my second trip. Alexis found a replacement for me that I was able to take home and get running the same evening. She was fabulous, I and greatly appreciated her going above and beyond. We are so incredibly grateful for finding and securing service with Palmetto Pool and Spa. Renters can be very hard on things and they track in lots of dirt. Our spa is a few feet away from the edge of a lake so we know that our guests go straight from the lake to the spa without bothering to rinse off. Things can get pretty bad without constant oversight and a gross spa will translate to bad reviews. On top of these concerns, we have had many issues with our spa's power shutting off entirely and the water failing to heat and jets not working. Our spa needed maintenance and while that was being done, Robby and his team would drop by outside of the normal schedule to rebalance the water that had been stagnant for way too long. Palmetto was super understanding and so patient and willing to take care of us during this time and shielded our renters from unmet expectations. I'm so happy to report that in a rental that is booked solid every single weekend, we have never received a negative review in regards to the spa. Robby and his team communicate clearly and frequently and text me pictures so that I can see how beautiful and clean everything looks. I have confidence in their work which is so incredibly valuable as an out-or-state rental property owner who desires the best for my guests.

I have so many great things to say about Girmann's!…read more 1. They are Covid-careful, respectful, and prioritize their clients' safety, which I truly appreciate! I was able to get the lawn mowed without needing to interact with anyone in-person. They called in advance to let me know when they were coming as well. 2. The crew did an excellent job! The two guys they sent took the appropriate time to make sure everything was properly cut, trimmed, and cleaned up. They weren't the type to sacrifice quality just to save themselves some time. 3. They have an eye for detail! One of my path lights that's staked in the ground had come out, and I just never got around to putting it back in the ground. One of the guys actually put it back in! Thanks for going above and beyond! 4. They can come every other week if you want, or as needed. And they won't pressure you to buy extra services from them. I've worked with other landscaping companies in the past and have never had as good of an experience as I had with Girmann's. They are pricier than the last place we used, but so far they are proving to be worth it. I highly recommend giving them a try! I especially recommend them for elderly folks and people who only live in their home part-time - they seem honest, and will get the job done true to their word even if you are not physically present to check.
