We ordered cheesesteak egg rolls (these alone are worth stopping into this place), sweet potato fries, tuna tenders, and the creamy tomato soup which is served like French onion soup is in a crock with melted cheese. Do not skip this soup! We were satisfied with all of the food choices. Every single bartender was super attentive and constantly checking to make sure that we were getting everything we wanted and needed. They were all super friendly and attentive. This is your typical bar atmosphere where everyone is friendly and people are enjoying themselves. There's two separate bar areas and ample seating around the main bar, as well in the other room. There is a back entrance and a front entrance into this restaurant. We have been to private functions here before. If you are looking for a venue for up to 150 people, check them out. They have very reasonable prices for catering and the set up of your own private room with your own private bar is a great option when hosting a gathering. The parking could be an issue as they have a very small lot. There are metered lots and streets nearby though so as long as you don't mind a super quick walk, you will be fine. Therefore the food should be first rate. Not the case for the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I ordered. In a word, it was terrible. Basically it was greasy hamburger meat spread over a mediocre bun, with little or no detectable cheese. I through most of it away. The fries I ordered were greasy and tasteless as well. My wife had their Smash burger, and that also was mediocre at best. NOT a good experience. A larger melt would have tasted heavenly. I added lettuce and tomato to my sandwich, but my container only had one slice for my two halves and it was the end piece of the tomato (intact). It was quite large, but again, in a container, very soft by the time I ate it. The seafood chowder was good, one of the better chowders I have eaten in MD. The Irish rolls were quite filling and I had to save 2 of the 4 for later. One of these days I'll sit at the bar top with a Guinness for the full experience.

He enjoyed the hush puppies they bring out to start with their honey butter, and the food in general. He ordered the shrimp pasta which he has stated is his favorite and has ordered it each time we come. I have ordered the stuffed flounder, the Mac and cheese, and a salad and I was not disappointed. There is plenty of booth seats, bar seating, high top seating and even some outside seating. It can get a bit loud inside when they are busy. All in all it's a great place to go for lunch, dinner or even a date.
