Brittany was very professional and responsive in providing a competitive quote for the new Pentair MasterTemp 400k pool heater and scheduling its installation. Brandon and Marcus did a great job with the installation of the new pool heater, so that everything works fine, even with an old remote control that I had from the previous pool heater. Thank you, all. read more

I've had to deal with so many incompetent Pool Repair people that it's refreshing to work with someone who's honest and does quality work. I had a problem with my pool heater and I had like two different people come replace random parts for it to just fail again. I finally got the name of Brandon who came and diagnosed and repaired the problem with a sensor. A few years past and my Home Warranty Company sent a couple of idiots to try and repair my heater by throwing random parts which of course didnt fix the problem. Brandon came and diagnosed it right away and of course my home warranty didnt cover it, but at least I got the right diagnosis and Brandon came and repaired it in one day. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and done right call these guys... There are so many clueless people out there read more

Thank you Pool Heat Pros! We had a previous company who could not fix a very green pool. This company sure had a lot of excuses I called Pool Heat Pros for a second opinion & in 24 hours Pool Heat Pros had our pool sparkling clean again! What a professional company and what a difference dealing with Pool Heat Pros made for us read more

Best company ever! If I could give them 100 STARS I would. I contacted Pool Heat Pros on Thursday and Brittany, responded with a quote and said our new pool heater could be installed the next day (on Friday). I accepted the quote right away. Brittany is so sweet, organized and efficient! I had a lot of questions, but she graciously answered all of them quickly and professionally. Brandon came out on Friday, and installed our new heater and repaired a few other things I needed too. He knows everything there is to know about pools and heaters. Very efficient and knowledgeable! They are a terrific team! Thank you Brandon and Brittany for the exemplary service! read more

Unbelievable experience from start to finish. Brittany in the office was so efficient and responsive, I was immediately "in". I have an older home with a smaller gas line that needed a longer run. (Two strikes against me to start.) All other pool contractors and Leslie's told me I needed a 2" gas line which would require digging up my driveway and a larger gas meter to handle said line. Brittany, without coming out immediately had two models in mind that would work with a 1" existing line for the size of my pool. I was amazed, as I was told that there were no heaters that would work on a 1" line. She didn't have to do that, I could have taken the provided information and went somewhere else. That garnered trust on my part immediately. Brandon came out with Marcus, confirmed the recommendation, pressurized the existing gas line to make sure we weren't wasting our time on an old line, ran the new gas with no digging, hooked up the new energy efficient, top reviewed model in my BTU range and boom, I had a heated pool that had remained unheated for decades in few hours. Both Brandon and Marcus were polite, professional and congenial (OK a hoot). Not only were they prompt, fast, efficient and professional from start to finish, but my pool heats faster than any pool I've owned. 2 to 3 degrees an hour and super quiet. Finally and most importantly they saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and saved my driveway and flower beds. I also would have ended up with a heater far too large and wasteful for my size pool. Thank you to everyone at Pool Heat Pros. Did I mention that my unit came with a 300 rebate from the gas company and Brittany sent me a link and proof of purchase 15 minutes after Brandon left my house! (I suspect that Brittany is a treasure...) read more

Pool Heat Pros are amazing! They are competitively priced, extremely professional and responsive. We had been shopping for a new pool heater for 10 days, had 3 quotes from other companies and decided to throw one last option in the mix. So glad we did, Pool Heat Pros had the new equipment installed within 2 days at a better price than any of the other quotes. We are thrilled with the exceptional service, and excellent value provided. They also made sure we have easy access to all information we needed to apply for the rebate offered with the newly installed equipment. THANK YOU ! read more

Fast response. Tech was knowledgeable and quick. Got me back up and running in no time. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The techs showed up early, they installed our new pool heater quickly. They even renewed the gas lines and installed a new gas valve. They also installed a stop valve to protect the pool heater. All of this was normal installation for them. Very professional!!! We highly recommend Pool Heat Pros... Thank you.... Capt S. read more

The tech showed up early, found the problem (which turned out to be minor) and got it fixed within 30 min. I was expecting a potentially large bill and was so happy that all I had to pay was the service call fee. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for any other pool equipment issues. Jonathon read more

This business deserves 10 stars!!! Brittany (office manager) and Brandon (owner/installer) are simply the best team. We were in need of all new pool equipment, a heater, new saline system, new spa light and a new automation system. They were both so responsive, fairly priced and Brandon did a great job installing all of our new equipment. I am so thankful to have a small business like this in the pool industry, who actually will respond quickly to questions and concerns with care, what a Godsend these 2 are! If you are in need of new pool equipment installations, look no further than Pool Heat Pros for all your needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you Brandon & Brittany for the great service and experience! We have a salt water spa that can hold about 10 if you push it or 8 comfortably. We started having some issues with the Rheem/Raypak heater in July 2024. I was getting Rollout Sw Open errors and ignition failure. It was intermittent until it wasn't. I found Pool Heat Pros through Yelp. Requested a quote through their website and got a quick response - $125 for diagnosis that can be applied to the repair if you choose to go with Pool Heat Pros. This, and that they are a local business made me choose them.. I was able to get a tech (Brandon) to come out the next day. I did provide them with the model info so they had the parts ready for the most common failures of this type. Brandon knows his stuff about pool equipment, not just heaters. He kind of knew that this issue was the pilot assembly and had one on his truck. Replaced the pilot assembly in about 35 minutes. He also showed me how to configure my iAqualink controls correctly and tuned up a JVA so that it operated in the proper direction when activated. I think I got more than I paid for with the 'lessons' I learned from Brandon. Strongly recommend giving them a call for servicing your pool/pool equipment. read more

Well what can I say about a pool company that diagnosed my problem with my pool heater over the phone. Gave me a service call cost and a price on the phone all in 24 hrs. The tech arrived on time met with my wife,I was not present at the time. My wife showed him the pool equipment for him to diagnose. After 5 mins of looking he turned to my wife and said. You don't have the problem you think you have and said there is NO charge to us at all. I think that was so nice and professional in the age where everyone is chasing the mighty dollar.IF I have a problem in the future which I'm sure I will I will call this company without hesitation.WELL DONE POOL HEAT PROS read more

First, Real Customer review, not some fake or sponsored thing. Second, these are the guys you want to call if you need your heater, pump, etc fixed (most listings are just "pool guys" that balance water, clean pools, and do minor repairs). I called in the morning having already figured out gas wasn't getting to the burners, ready to have to replace a gas valve. The two service techs went through diagnostics, and figured out spiders had made nests in 3 out of 5 orifices in the burners, including the the one under the igniter. They disassembled the fire box, cleaned all the orifices, and I am back in business. They told me they had brought the valve and igniter for model just in case, so they would have been able to fix that on the spot also, if it was needed. Great job with Customer Service, Diagnosing and Servicing - I will refer anyone I know who has pool equipment problems directly to them in the future. read more

They replaced our pool heater. They did a great job and it was very reasonable. We were happy with both the service and price. They even found a hidden valve we didn't know about and it turns out that it was very important. Once this was found and turned in the proper direction, our pool is now WAY more functional. I can't believe how fast the pool heats up now and the problem with our spa (due to this valve) is gone! I would highly recommend them. read more

I am so happy to have met a professional and caring company such as Pool Heat Pros. Our kids are having their birthday swimming party the next day when the pool heater broke. I called Brittany and told her the problem and our party situation. Brandon showed up the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. He is super knowledgeable on pool heaters and he explained to me the problem and the fix in details. The party went great and the pool heater works like brand new.
