Surprisingly, they are one of the few pool stores open after 5pm on weeknights for working people. They definitely push you to buy their chemicals however it's expected with any chain. Most recently, I was having an issue with my winter cover pump and before buying a new one I remembered how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. Once again they saved the day and my wallet by suggesting a couple of troubleshooting tips that I didn't think of myself and it worked! Highly suggest this location for any pool needs.

It was all common sense being that they are digging a massive hole in my yard. Safety was always first, they used a heavy grade temporary fencing around the pool until the project was finished. During construction they went over settling and why they won't be back for awhile, again common sense. If it didn't settle my pavers would sink within a year. When completed Ralph did what he calls pool school and went over everything and made sure I understood. Jose is an exceptional service guy he had to come out for my railing and pool cover. Everyone is the North Branford store goes above and beyond for you. I dont use them for service, I open and close the pool. I do get my products for them and have my water tested. I have tried other products from cheaper stores, not the same. My pool looks great with there products. Overall a great company to do business with.

However recently I had to deal with the parts department on a very simple part . Was told the part was being ordered and I would be contacted when it was available. Over the past month and a half. I left two messages regarding this and never received a call back. Finally got a hold of the parts department and was told that the part was discontinued and that's why I never got a call. To me that is not acceptable customer service. On top of that the person I spoke to in the parts department was extremely rude and condescending. I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled and as a loyal customer would expect more from a small family business.
