At the beginning of the summer they were able to replace a gasket in our pool pump for under $30 in a matter of an hour! We were under the impression we needed a new pump but the staff saved the day: I was so glad I called to ask them for help. We also utilized them throughout the summer to test our pool water. Surprisingly, they are one of the few pool stores open after 5pm on weeknights for working people. They definitely push you to buy their chemicals however it's expected with any chain. Most recently, I was having an issue with my winter cover pump and before buying a new one I remembered how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. Once again they saved the day and my wallet by suggesting a couple of troubleshooting tips that I didn't think of myself and it worked! Highly suggest this location for any pool needs.

I recently made a purchase of a Vision Lift Hydraulic Spa Cover Lifter from Amazon. When the box…read morearrived it appeared to have been opened, but I inspected the parts and there was no apparent damage, or missing parts. Hot Tub Discounts was the seller, however, Amazon ships from their own warehouse, so Amazon was the culprit in this transaction. As it turned out, I found when doing the install, the wrong hydraulic pressure pistons were sent, hence the 'opened box'. I could have easily just returned the entire box to Amazon, but I chose to save everyone a lot of hassle, I just contacted Kyle Tournas, the owner of Hot Tub Discounts in Conneticutt, (I am in Arizona), and told him of my problem. Yes, someone had switched out the correct tubes at the Amazon warehouse, not likely knowing 110 PSI from 45 PSI. Kyle was a responsive and pleasant owner, a real asset in today's competitive market. When it is time to re-order chemicals, or other spa parts or toys, Hot Tub Discounts will be my first look. I am also suggesting that Coast Spas look at a business relationship with this fine owner of a small business, the kind I like to support.

It was all common sense being that they are digging a massive hole in my yard. Safety was always first, they used a heavy grade temporary fencing around the pool until the project was finished. During construction they went over settling and why they won't be back for awhile, again common sense. If it didn't settle my pavers would sink within a year. For 2 years in a row, their workers have come hours earlier than expected (7:30am instead of 11am) and the guys jumped my pool fence to get to the pool. This is beyond unacceptable. I was home, they Parkes behind my car. If my appointment is at 11am I would gladly open my gate. I also believe in CT it is a law that a company can't start work on a home before 8am. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. When called to complain, I was told that more customers are upset when the workers call or knock on the door. If I have to keep my pool locked up for safety reasons and my home insurance, there is NO reason for anyone to jump the fence around it. That's trespassing especially at that time.
