Pricing was reasonable and gave us all something to chat about and enjoy, so it wasn't just a bunch of toddlers running around getting hopped up on sugar with overtired parents. She didn't need a huge amount of space. We utilized the living room and that was sufficient for all the activities. We have a dog and she was comfortable working around him as well. My daughter's 3rd birthday was Disney Princess Theme and I was looking throughout the Bay Area to hire a Snow White Princess to hire and surprise her and the guest. I was able to book our character and through Cinderella Company. Initially the person in charge was out of town while I was inquiring but communicated the whole time with me. They ensured that the Snow White that was coming fit the needs of my party. I chose the 2.5 hour package so that it will entertain the many kids coming. Snow White called me two days before the event to finalize the location and what will happen at the day of the party. I was so impressed from the time she arrived to the very end. She stayed in character the whole time and my daughter was in awe that Snow White was at her party celebrating her 3rd birthday. The adults also loved Snow White she looked liked she can from Disneyland. Snow White read a story with the kids first, did some singing and dancing, played with bubbles, did face painting and sang happy birthday, took pictures with everyone. She did such a good job entertaining the kids at the party. She even played with them while they wondered in and out of the jumper we had. We also gave Snow White a microphone during the party so that everyone can hear her. We found Brooke by searching for wedding planners that had worked with our venue (Timber Cove Resort) before. Having worked there before, it was a huge plus that she already knew the coordinators and had cultivated relationships with trusted vendors who were familiar with the property. This insider knowledge made our planning process very smooth. We decided to go with the partial planning package, which fit our needs well. Early in the planning process, we'd spend time researching vendors on our own as well as ask Brooke for her recommendations, then reach out to the vendors on both of our lists. We found ourselves choosing her suggestions almost every time. Her industry experience and keen eye for quality vendors became obvious very quickly, yet she never made us feel pressured to go with any particular choice. She simply provided excellent options and let us make the decisions. Throughout the entire process, Brooke was incredibly mindful of our budget. In our very first meeting, she showed us a detailed budget from a previous wedding she did at our venue and walked us through each line item, pointing out areas where we might want to allocate more or less based on our priorities. This level of transparency and attention to detail immediately gave us confidence in her approach. Her communication style was exactly what we needed. We often sent her emails late at night, and Brooke would consistently respond first thing the next morning with clear, comprehensive answers. There was not a single time that she didn't address a concern in one of our emails, even when we sent her massive lists. She was also always proactive about letting us know when she'd be on vacation well in advance, allowing us to plan our questions and timeline accordingly. Brooke's flexibility was another standout quality. While our contract only covered the wedding day itself, we had planned a Welcome Dinner the night before and a Farewell Brunch the day after that we intended to handle ourselves. She went above and beyond by helping us order linens from the rental company and create layouts for these extra events.
