It's not a full body massage, but they do work on the lower half of your legs, your feet, and briefly your arms and shoulders towards the end. You sit in a comfy reclining chair with a warm blanket over you and heated pads over your eyes and around your neck. It is a community room so you do end up sitting with strangers but every time I went it was with my mom and brother and only once we had to sit with a stranger. It honestly didn't bother me at all. My favorite reflexologist is Shadeed. His pressure is consistent and has great communication throughout the session. If you're like me and like a deep masage, he is excellent for that. At the end of your session they serve you tea and a butterfly cookie which I think is a really nice touch. The place is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The only caviat is getting appointments can be tricky so be sure to book in advance to get the time slot and day that you want. Other than that, one of the best places to go for a massage in the area.

An average spa treatment. Nothing out of the ordinary. The therapist didn't speak any English so with this language barrier, she did whatever she wanted and I just had to make the best of it. The massage tables were uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were old rough on my bare skin. The amount advertised for the 90 min or 120 min treatment is totally different from what you will be charged on your way out. I find it distasteful and rude to demand a tip greater than 18%. At one point I felt uneasy and disrespected after paying for the treatment in full and leaving a tip greater than 18%. I wasn't aware that it was mandatory to have to pay an additional amount on top of the fee and Tip that was already paid. I wasn't sure I was allowed to leave if I did not leave atleast 30% tip to satisfy the cashiers demand. Not sure if this is a regular practice, however I won't subject myself to this embarrassment and uneasy feeling of disrespect. 06-04-2026 - @approx. 1pm est I received a call from someone named Sophia, saying they are "the manager" . The first red flag was I was text thru an automated system from the business then I was called from someone calling from a Pakistan phone number +92 99 239080. Conversation started pleasant and immediately went left once I began to explain my issue with the service & treatment I received while patronizing this establishment. It almost seemed like a rehearsed script used for all complaints and issues. First I was told that "maybe there was a language barrier , that was misunderstood. 2nd she immediately informed me that she saw my review and began contesting "my experience at this spa". 3rd she then told me that she "reviewed camera footage" , and this is what didn't sit well with me. This wasn't a call to resolve or fix a situation with a customer, this was more confrontational. She also said I was free to leave at anytime due to the fact that I stated , I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to leave without increasing the tip. I wasn't sure also accused of leaving a false review of my experience and at that point I asked if it was possible to get an email contact for the owner. The last thing this "manager" said before I ended the call was "this is what I mean, I am trying to work with you" as if she was doing me a favor. No thank you. Have a pleasant day.

I almost don't want to write about this hidden gem as I am afraid I'll never get in again, because they will be too busy ha ha. I was looking to get a last minute massage a few weeks ago. The generic, strip mall places are SO overpriced for what you get in 50 minutes. Then you have to deal with the hard sell for a membership or product when you are done, eliminating the relaxing vibe that just happened during the massage. I called this place because I pass it all the time when in Caldwell. I had a 90 minute massage that was only $95. The woman was fantastic and I'll say. 'tiny but mighty'. She was SO strong and I do love a firm massage. Cute quiet place with parking. No pressure to purchase anything once you are done, it was lovely. I do highly recommend.

If you're looking for a no frills "spa", but a great massage, you'll like this place…read more For what you pay, this place is great. But if you're expecting a quiet and relaxing environment like you're at a traditional spa or 5-star hotel, this is not the place for you. If you're okay with noise in the background such as doors opening and closing, people talking in the hallway, timers going off, etc then you won't mind this place. There are separate rooms, but the walls in between don't go to the ceiling, so you can hear everything going on in the other rooms as well as at the front. I could hear when someone walked in the front door as well as their entire conversation with the front desk staff. They play nice spa music, but it doesn't drown out all of the background noise. All of that aside, I booked with Cindy since she was mentioned in a couple of Google reviews. The massage itself was great, and I'd recommend her if you try this place out. She didn't ask about pressure, but I'd say she did medium / deep tissue. I'm sure if you want a lighter pressure, you could ask, but I didn't mind. Also, they don't pressure you to tip a certain amount. I tipped 20% because Cindy was great, but I read at some neighboring spas they pressure you to tip a certain amount, which I found to be strange. However, here you can tip what you feel is right. Overall, the staff was very nice, the place is clean & the massage is great. There's nothing luxurious about this place, but if all you care about is a great massage and great service, you'll like Village Spa.
