He was super friendly, professional, and time efficient. He also politely asked for a Google review because of a friendly competition in the office, and while I hate making reviews, it was an easy request because he was super likable and did a great job. I called them to snake our sewer from the house to the main line in the street. We have old clay pipes and a big tree....so, roots are a problem for us. I had been told by another company that our line was in bad shape and that we would need a new one VERY soon. (That was 4 years ago). So I've been losing sleep over it ever since.....waiting for the poop to fall, so to speak!! So when Ken drove up, right on time and in a nice looking truck, I was worrying that the very act of augering the line would cause a big problem for us. I begged him to be gentle to my 60 year old clay pipe. Well, he got the roots out quickly and without even complaining about my mean old rose-bushes that surround the clean-out. But here's the sweet part: he heard my concern and worry about the condition of our line, so he got out his camera and scoped the line to the main for me, letting me see what was REALLY going on down there, explaining it to me as we went. And I DO NOT NEED A NEW SEWER LINE!!! IT"S FINE!!! And then he took his flash drive and burned me a DVD of the video to keep for my records!!! I know that many companies will charge extra to video your line. Ken did it to ease my mind and make sure that he had done the job right. He cost less than the last company and gave me a 90 day warranty. If you need sewer cleaning or diagnostics, this is the company.

He was thorough in his voicemail and follow up text - openly explaining his diagnostic process and what the cost might look like. He was also easy to schedule with. Apparently there was a multi-tool dropped down the drain by a previous contractor, which was super frustrating but Gabriel explained it's unfortunately common. He dipped out to Home Depot to grab supplies then put everything back even better than it was previously. Grateful for the high quality of service overall!

Let's start from the beginning. -- I got the pleasure of first meeting Jeff who came out to do an estimate. Jeff had this genuine confidence about his experience, his team and his company (which was really nice since my 1940s home had a lot of plumbing issues. Essentially we needed everything replaced!). On top of that, he and his team gave me an estimate that was beyond competitive. Rooter Guys truly want to help their customers and not take all the money since they understand house projects and repairs are a huge headache physically and financially. Next he brings out the team Lead Jacob (this guys KNOWS his stuff and years of experience), amazing Cody, and awesome Austin to get another eye over on what their going to do like double checking their work. All three of the workers were also very kind and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. They even would go out of their way to show me pieces that they needed to repair, educate me on what to look out for or what pipes are which, levers, etc. Rooter Guys even found a blocked ground pipe that was so important to replace so that our basement/foundation would not die from water damage. I had so much anxiety because I was thinking "Oh great. Another expensive bill!!" But no, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME! They were efficient and clean in their work. They communicated and educated every step of the way. They were so professional and nice at the same time. They are licensed and have a warranty. I will 100% recommend to others and use them again in the future. I like them so much that they are invited to my house warming party. :) Again, Rooter Guys are the best. The end.

I am so glad I had him (and Emergency Rescue Plumbing) come out to look, because he was able to help guide me to a decision regarding fixing versus repairing, and actually listened to the troubleshooting I had done so far to narrow down the issue. As part of this, Rob did such a great job explaining *everything* to me, in terms that I could easily understand. By the time he left, I knew all of the major components in a water heater, and what exactly could fail, as well as the cost for installing a new one, and the additional implications on being up to code, and how that plays into everything (like whether or not I'd have to install an expansion tank). I haven't needed to do the repair or install yet, but I will certainly use Emergency Rescue Plumbing when it comes time to do so.

I found Rooter Street on Yelp and called to make an appointment. Tyler replied quickly and said he could come out the same day. He's very conscientious and works many hours. He came when he said he would. He is very courteous and kind. He communicates well. It was a mysterious issue and he spent time diagnosing it. He explained what would need to be fixed and we set another time for him to come back and work on it because it was going to be a large project. I believe him and trust him. Everything he said made sense. He communicated well and texted me well before he arrived for the next few appointments and so I wasn't inconvenienced because he was on time. He replaced a lot of pipe and did an amazing job protecting the rest of our house from damage while he was cutting drywall and creating dust. He cleaned up very thoroughly when he left, which I appreciate because had he not protected the rest of the large rooms he was in, we would have had a ton of drywall dust everywhere. He said the work is warrantied for one year and so far, everything seems great. I even have more room under my kitchen sink because he replaced outdated, problematic 30-year-old pipes with newer technology.

Sketchy and dishonest scammer. Stay away from Tyler Higgins, Harris, Montoya (changes his name…read moredepending on who he talks to). I even called the Denver and Colorado licensing boards to report him and he is not licensed or insured Under any of those alias' and Rooter Street is not in good standing. Tyler kept asking for payment in bitcoin which I thought was a joke, but he continued to "joke" about it. He complained that he couldn't get materials so I paid him upfront. This is his scam. He promised to show up but always had an excuse and moved the date. I hounded him, but he no-showed 4 times. I gave up and was going to pursue legal action when he reluctantly shows up unannounced on a weekend at night. He made a huge mess and promises he'll come back to clean things later. It took him 3 trips to get even close to done and he drilled multiple holes in my foundation, he did not install what he said he would, and had leaky connections. Weeks go by, more chasing him around, more empty promises, asking for more money. He would text me all his excuses at midnight on Friday. His wife left him and took all the money and he has no lights or food and just needs a little cash advance to get by. Then he would he has no money. To eat so I made him dinner. Then his kids are hospitalized, his brother screwed him out of money, his brother took the truck, he forgot his tools at home etc. I didn't believe him, but in the off chance that he was telling the truth, especially about sick kids, I tried to be understanding. Later on when I ask him, he forgot his lies and lets it slip. He finally enlisted his brother's help and his brother got most of the work done in a few hours. Still leaky, loose fittings, but at least done. Tyler kept saying he won't charge for this or that and he'll "take care of you" but he's a scammer. They still didn't finish the last part of the job and are ignoring my texts and calls. He finally agreed to a partial refund for that portion of the job, but hasn't fulfilled it. He likes to work at night and tried to talk to my wife in a manner that made her extremely uncomfortable. I would NOT let him in your house alone ever. I actually installed cameras in multiple places incase he ever comes back. That's how uncomfortable he made us feel. He kept telling me I needed this or that and everything in my house is out of code so I need to pay him more to replace brand new connections and appliances. He threatened to report me to the city for code violations, even though the city already passed inspection. He threatened that I needed to pay him to replace our whole system otherwise everything will be "shut off." Tyler is a con artist and a liar. When I asked him about his kids out of genuine concern, he forgot that he told me that lie. I said "I thought they were hospitalized" and he panicked and started acting strange and said it was a diagnosis I never heard of (I'm a physician) and that he was going to visit them right after this job... but he said last week that they were discharged and it was something else entirely. Odd that both kids would get brain cancer the same day. And that his wife would leave him for cheating with his brother but then his brother helps him finish work. What sort of man would use his kids as cover? What sort of professional leaves leaks, a mess, incomplete projects, and not live up to his word? Even if he wasn't sketchy, he's still a terrible plumber.
