Located in the North Shore shopping district area. I saw a pair of earrings from Instagram that I thought were adorable and decided to check this little store out. It's actually a nice souvenir store that has some odd items like a wooden chop stick holder that holds 4 pairs of chopsticks I think. The staff here are helpful and friendly. The Koa wood jewelry caught my eye and they had good clearance on some of the Koa wood jewekry pieces. I ended up hauling few earrings, koa bangle with matching ring. I did find the earrings that I originally was searching for in stock in the store. The staff carefully wrapped all pieces individually with tissue paper which I thought was a kind gesture. This store had adorable Hawaiian themed women Christmas ornaments that I was eyeing but the price was a little steep. It's truly a nice ornament though. I would recommend this store to any tourists that would like to grab a few souvenirs from hawaii that you may not even find in the swap meet or ABC stores. read more

I would recommend this place if you are looking for something made in Hawaii. This place was cute but expensive. The cashier was super sweet and friendly and had a lot of knowledge. There was a variety of items to choose from but not overwhelming so. We got a couple handmade trinkets but nothing too much because of prices. read more

Hands down the best trinket shop in Oahu... we saw the same things they sold for $5 for $20 from vendors in Waikiki. Not going to lie, it looks like a tiki god barfed up wood carvings, seashells, and coconut goodies here. There's things on all the walls, hanging on the ceiling, and every little nook was jam packed with things. All the keychains, all the old school post cards, freaking native weapon replicas galore. Easily did all the shopping here for souvenirs to take back home... There's also these cool photos with some of the lost cast and Aquamamoa, too. 11/10 - would come again when the haole fam needs vacation validations. read more

Cute little spot in Da North Shore, great merchandise but overpriced. Employer did not open door until a couple minutes after hours marked outside the business as she ran late. She also has her dog running around in the business. As I bought gifts she gave me a coupon to get a discount as I looked at the shark teeth but later not validate certain items as it only pertained to expensive items "not mentioned" on the coupon or verbally. Will save my money as the last day of my trip found better deals in Farmer Markets and other places in Honolulu. read more

The folks who work here are very friendly and helpful, running two checkouts to expedite the process. There were so many things I would have liked to purchase if I had more space in my suitcase. When visiting this store we were greeted by a nice young Hawaiian lady that was extremely helpful. Upon choosing one of their larger artworks, we inquired about shipping. She stated they do ship but was interrupted by an older lady (owner maybe) stating they only ship the smaller pieces. We asked about boxing and packing. The younger lady stated they may be able to help as the older lady shook her head no. We left to research logistics and packing. Upon returning two days later to purchase the piece we were met by the same two ladies. Asking the younger lady if they had a scale for weight, she happily obliged with some reluctance from the older lady. We stated that we would return upon leaving the area after shopping to get the piece at that time. We returned once again to purchase the piece and were only met by the older lady. As I decided to look around to see if I wanted to add to the purchase the lady rudely ask if we would like to make the purchase or not. At this point we were so unhappy with her customer service that we left. I feel bad for the young lady working with/for someone like this. I unfortunately will not return for any reason. Being a business owner myself, this is unacceptable. Profit loss, and if the worker was commission based, this can be detrimental. read more

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in letting me know about the different artists and it was very easy to find meaningful and authentic souvenirs of our vacation here. Other reviewers have said it is expensive, and there are a lot of high priced things, but there are certainly plenty of quality choices under $25 as well, without having to get mass produced imports. read more

I love coming to the store to check out all the awesome trinkets and decorations! It's my go-to stop when I need to buy presents from Hawaii for people on the mainland. (Think: one-stop shop for Christmas.) The vast majority of the items are made by local Hawaii vendors who handcraft the items, which is way better than the "local" stuff that's really made in China. It's the perfect place to get an ikaika helmet/makini for your car. Prices are very reasonable for the majority of the items, especially the handcrafted decorations. They have some items there that I've never seen at other local stores. Parking is easy peasy. Just pull into driveway by Breakers and go just around the corner to the left. (Don't forget to also stop into the Aloha General Store on the corner for the best shave ice on the island!) read more

This shop is located in the first set of shops on the North Shore (coming from Honolulu). Just past the railroad tracks on the right. There is plenty of parking, though sometimes difficult to find a spot on weekends. Lots of things (trinkets) from soaps, postcards, simple jewelry, T-shirts, etc. It is rather small with a wrap-around style and the cash register is in the middle on the right side of the center section. You MUST go here if you're a tourist. Locals? Why not? You're on the North Shore, so go in and have fun... you may find something you just can't live without. Cheers! read more

Their service is horrible, I have a service dog that I believe was the manager that's at least what she tried saying she was. Or owner couldn't really tell because she covered her name tag.. anyways, she wouldn't allow me to come in the store with my service dog. With whom I cannot walk without. She was extremely rude tried telling me that he's not a service dog, and he had to use the restroom and any animal lover knows animals well go if they need too, she tried telling me that I should walk him away from the stores; mind you that I'm shopping and yet I'm supposed to walk my service dog away from the front of the stores that I'm shopping at?? Makes no sense to me. I will never shop or even look at that store again. Especially when she tried saying she's been here for 22years and never allowed any animal in her store. My family has been in Haleiwa for over 100 years and she feels superior because she's white?? I told her okay, so you been here 22yrs, my family been here for over 100 she laughed rolled her eyes and said I don't care about your family!!! Wow lady, how nice that your living in Hawaii!! That means that the house you live in or rent actually belongs to my ancestors and the ancestors of my people. Sorry getting off topic. Now reason I even wrote anything is due to this lady's rude, snotty, better than thou attitude and the fact that she stated she has never allowed any animal; service dog or otherwise; in her store!!! If she is the owner then shame on her. If she's just a manager she needs to be put in place. Please if you love animals boycott this store for all animals of any class. Because animals have the right to walk same area as their owners. No reason or need for them to have to walk totally away from everyone. read more

While this store is extremely expensive (at least too steep for my pocketbook), it's a really neat store. The lady working behind the counter is always so cheerful and helpful. My partner and I visited last year where she bought a $60 glass octopus necklace. Overpriced if you ask me but the jewelry itself was amazing. Unfortunately, it got broke...go figure, it's made out of glass. We decided to stop by again to see if we could either replace it or have it fixed. Unfortunately, they only had one octopus necklace left and it wasn't near as amazing as what we previously purchased. The lady was so nice and took down our name and number and said she would give us a call when their new shipment comes in! That's pretty darn good service. And to top it off, she actually reminded us from last year. That's a big plus in my book ;-) So, we'll be making another trip to Haleiwa when we get the call! My friend and I went in to peruse, and found a huge array of everything from touristy knickknacks, postcards, and jewelry, to fabric and perfumes, to amazing hand-crafted items. They were one of the few places I could find in all of Oahu to carry Monoï oil. We loved it so much, we ended up going twice--discovering more things that we overlooked on the previous visit. There is certainly a lot to be found here. The staff is also helpful & friendly as well. That in and of itself is worth glowing praise. read more

We did a lot of souvenir shopping on Oahu and this was my favorite shop. Quality items and good prices. They even offer a 10% military discount. We bought some large conch shells (better quality and prices than the shell stand). Beautiful raku pottery from Ben Diller. Some jewelry and a few other items for our nieces. We ate at Kono's (great pork sandwiches and burritos) and had a shave ice from the Aloha General store and didn't have to move the car, which was parked under the shade of a tree. Go next door to the General Store for your tacky and cheesy souvenirs and gifts. This place has truly unique and cute stuff, and I'd actually be happy to be on the receiving end of these treasures. There's a wide variety of gifts in this small store - lotions, jewelry, coasters, wood handicrafts, shells, etc. etc. Most are generally well priced, considering they're good quality (and this is Hawaii, so it's all relative). My stand-bys are the island-style ornaments, the wood postcards and the pearl earrings. The staff is always pleasant and helpful without breathing down your neck. When my friend's son was visiting, they spent at least 15 minutes educating him on sharks and sharks' teeth. I even learned a few things myself! read more
