The people who worked there greeted us, and were extremely helpful and sweet. It's a great place to get cute Hawaiian stuff if you're a tourist, but also a great place for locals to do yoga/massage stuff. They have a pretty good collection of yoga clothes, workout stuff, and just all-around cute clothes. I recognized some of the same stuff that's at other yoga shops, but some I did not, and I think it's exclusive to them. Only negative: Some of the yoga wear is expensive (to me), but they are not gouging, as I've seen it cost the same or more at other places. They had some darling jewelry, and some stylish trucker hats with fun designs. We walked around for quite a bit, and surprisingly, there were enough people in there that it was almost crowded. That's good for business, though, I suppose! I didn't really see the sign from the road, so I hope that more people find out about this cute little place. Next time I'm on the North Shore, I'll stop by again!

ONLINE BUYERS Beware. First off, I appreciate all the beautiful work that Noelani is doing. But…read moresorry, I am reluctantly posting a negative review here. I am bothered and feel the need to speak out... Please note this review is only for online purchasing of Noelani's jewelry, not her local store in Hawaii. I live on the mainland. When I found out about Noelani's jewelry from a video I saw, I was really excited to order something from her, not only to support her business... but also thinking that I would be getting a piece of jewelry MADE IN and FROM HAWAII. I'm originally from Hawaii, and I miss home so it really meant something to me to have a locally made Hawaiian item. I was even happy to pay the premium for overpriced and (what I later learned upon receiving the jewelry) pretty low quality stones. But as it turns out, what I ordered was actually MADE and SHIPPED from ARIZONA! I strongly feel this is false advertising! Very disappointed! If I actually wanted jewelry from the mainland, the choices are unlimited. I feel ripped off and lied to. The lady working for Noelani in Arizona said her husband got a job in AZ so she moved and is making jewelry from there. She told me, if you want something from Noelani that is actually FROM Hawaii, go to her store in person. When I voiced my concern that I felt misled because it is strongly implied that their jewelry is sourced from Hawaii, her correspondence with me simply stopped, and I got no response back... even though she and I had had an ongoing correspondence prior when I was inquiring via email about the jewelry (basically asking about sizing). So they know they are misrepresenting themselves and still do it anyway. Not cool. Her label's say "Noelani Hawaii" not "Noelani" or "Noelani Arizona".

If you come across one of these and items are not price marked DO NOT buy from them right away. They make up a price and then if you start to walk away they say okay for you I will do $$. Best price you find is what they say. Since this booth was part of the Cultural Center I thought all was good until I was at Dukes Market in Waikīkī and another Asian booth was selling the same earrings I purchased for $28.00 for $10.00. We tried to contact Pukana La Creations for an eighteen dollar credit and of course they are not reachable. So do your research on the items you would like to buy. The next booth over is probably cheaper. I would never tell anyone to shop at this booth. It takes a special person to be able to basically legally steal from people and then look in the mirror at themselves. I could understand $5.00 difference. Karma is on my side and actions like this only cause bad juju. Best of Luck lady who ripped me off! If you read the reviews it seems I am not the only one ripped off by this company and the Cultural Center must be okay with that

Daisy spent so much time with me throughout the customization process, truly listening to my ideas and ensuring my vision came to life. I provided a loose pink stone, and together they helped create a beautiful piece that feels like a second engagement ring to me. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding during the process that was entirely my fault, not theirs. Despite that, Daisy and Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. They were patient, kind, understanding, and genuinely cared that I loved my ring. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication are outstanding, but what really sets them apart is their aloha spirit. They treated me with such warmth and grace throughout the entire experience. I am incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly special custom jewelry experience or any piece in general

Words have meaning, & trying to save yourself from a negative review by lying is a terrible business practice. At no time did we compare chain prices in person, the chain I wanted was to be ordered to the store to view, with the price shown to me before viewing it, knowing the entire spec mm/length/weight. Everything was clear & at no given time was I confused in the transaction.

I have seen it forever, but will admit this was my first time actually stopping in to see what was offered. First reaction - a really nice selection of saltwater and freshwater pearls, reflecting choices from black to baroque to white pearls. Black pearls, white pearls, a mix of colors, this place has a ton of options. What I really appreciated was an honest assessment of each option I looked at - oysters can be finicky with pearls, and create perfection as well as a "perfection" that would appeal to many of us. What I really appreciated was no push to upsell, just a genuine aloha to help me and other people in the store find something that was right for them. This store doesn't have a lot of local reviews, so I felt it important to give a local. honest review. Frankly, I expected just to do a "just looking" walk through - after all, regardless of what tourists think, pearls are not found in our waters, let alone oysters - but the personal service, and the comfort, even glee of pointing out what may not be "perfect" but will have character, is what sets apart a personal sales experience from mass market. Ultimately, I chose a fantastic looking black saltwater pearl with an "imperfection" that played beautifully into the gold clasp. The price was quite reasonable, the help in shopping made it a learning experience as well as a discovery. I don't know anything about pearls, I'm from Oahu and we don't have pearls/oysters here, but I loved this little shop and the honest discovery. If you are local playing tourist for the day like me, or a tourist, for crafted jewelry, this is a very nice spot.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!…read more After reading all of the reviews I'm a bit envious that I never got the chance to meet the funny-half-witted history enthusiast, Paul. We did however, meet "a" Paul. My bf and I made a quick turn into the cute little plaza and stumbled upon this store of trinkets. We were greeted by what seemed to like a tiny sleeping sleeping person and a rooster on the front deck. Shortly after walking in I hear a cheery, but elderly, voice letting us know that everything in the store is 20% off. Thank goodness, because I was reading the review someone left 4 years ago and they had said that they visited during the 20% off sale so what good fortune it was to discover that they were having their semi-annual sale when we visited. While walking around I heard the store owner call out to Paul...asking him various things and calling out to him repeatedly. At first maybe I thought she was talking on the phone because no one was responding but when I jet around the corner low and behold there sits Paul, eyes wide and all, behind the counter. As we were shopping in the store, about 10-15 minutes, she continuously called out to Paul, I was waiting for Paul to respond, but no response. Finally when it was time to pay, the nice lady told Paul how much the bill was, and Paul was kind enough during the transaction, he entree the correct amount in the credit card machine and even handed us a pen and the receipt to sign. There were two cats roaming around so I don't know where the other 28 were as mentioned in previous reviews. Also the rooster was being a Mr nance and casually causing jump scares throughout the shopping experience. All in all I give this place 500/5 stars because the old couple. We'll never forget you Paul. P.S. if you're reading this and you're about to come to Oahu please please please GO OUT OF YOUR WAY to visit this store, buy something, but most importantly check up on the elderly couple, Paul and his wife.
