We found a long hair in the beans halfway through eating it and we had to flag down a different server to let that be known. When our server finally came over to check on us she literally asked, "what did you do with the hair, is it on the plate?" We said yes & she just walked away. No apologies or anything. It was weird.

Finding a hair in food is already extremely unsettling, but especially in a sauce that had just been handed to me separately at the counter, it raised concerns about the cleanliness and food-handling practices. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I'm not expecting perfection. However, having multiple issues with a single order, first the missing sauce and then finding a hair in it, made this visit particularly disappointing. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback, because I've enjoyed coming here over the years and would expect better attention to quality and cleanliness.
