Definitely a first with this one but we ordered two baked potatoes with carne asada and both were given as just chunks of potatoes, no skin or anything. Obviously the skin isn't the main deal but I just don't understand why? It seems like they scraped the potato out of the skin into the foil but why? Is skin too expensive to include now? Please improve on your wait time . This is ridiculous. Absolutely no reason for somebody to have to wait 30 minutes in the drive-through then after saying your order in the intercom to pull up they don't even have it ready and they asked you to repeat it because they didn't have your order ready. Found a glove in my nachos tonight after ordering from the drive through at the S. Carrier location in Grand Prairie, how disgusting. Called to complain asked to speak to a manager i was put on hold and the manager refused to come to the phone. I picked up a couple of carne asada torta (Mexican sandwich) plates for dinner tonight for my hubby and I. We decided to give them a second try despite some of the reviews (first time, about one month ago, we had quesadillas which were delicious). The torta contained beef fajita, refried beans, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and mayonnaise. Wish it would have had a little more meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. Bottom line, the food was gross and not prepared fresh. I ordered the #12 Burrito with chicken, but was convinced by the cashier to get the steak because it had more flavor and tasted better. This being my first time to eat here, I went with it. Upon inspection of my burrito, after arriving home from the 5 minute drive, it appeared to be "left over" or reheated. The tortilla had the texture and quality of having sat overnight. I took a shot at eating it and it indeed tasted like leftovers. It was truly gross and I threw it out. I came straight to yelp to see if my experience was alone, and it appears it is not. I was hopeful this place would be great, we need more variety in our area. I wish I could give a no star rating. I could go in and in about the poor quality of their food but it would take too long to write everything. I had 3 instances with their rice and beans being hard. I said I would never go back. I recently went back because a co.worker wanted to go for lunch. I advised her that I had bad experiences at the Carrier location before but we could try again. She is not from around here and I agreed to take her. Well let's just say when we got back to work I opened my food and there was a mound of hair in my food.
