The food never disappoints! The hostes always so welcoming, but this time we were impressed by the service we received by a young lady. I think her name was Franciny but we even gave her a cute little nickname (ms. When I was on my birria kick I would drive from Arlington all the way here because no other place came close. The menu is small but just stick with the tacos or buy the meat by the pound, and you are good to go. The rice and beans are average but still good; the salsas they have on the table are amazingly delicious. The light green one is my favorite because is not too spicy but spicy enough to give me that kick am looking for in my food. I drown my food in that salsa sometimes and then dip in conzume. In the past, I also had their margaritas, and they are delicious! The mango with chamoy and Tajín on the rim is my favorite! They have a patio in the back with another bar and more Tv's. The staff is nice, but the last 2 times i been there it took over 10 minutes to just get a waiter to recognize i had not been help and place my drink order with them. I notice the staff tends to pay more attention to bigger parties instead of groups of just 1 or 2 customers. I like the atmosphere of this place; the music, the shows they have on the tv and the murals honestly make it feel cozy like I am visiting a family member. I don't come here when they have soccer games on or late at night on the weekends because the customers can get rowdy sometimes, and that's not my vibe. All the time I've been, they have a security officer so people don't get too out of hand. The parking lot is kind of small so if you come on a busy day/time, you might need to park across the street. I never had to wait long to get a table, and the staff is pretty quick about cleaning and turning tables over to keep the wait down.

We decided to head over to the ever popular El Arroyo. We were hoping to be able to find a parking spot in their packed parking lot. We didn't get a handicapped spot but one just as good on the end of a row allowing my lots of room to transfer to my mobility chair. We love El Arroyo's patio, and it was going full blast. The hostess tagged the perfect accessible table for us and had it cleaned and set! We settled in and were greeted with salsa and a basket of piping hot chips. We knew by the smoky smell they were going to be incredible, and YES, they were. They were some of the best chicken fajitas we've ever had. The chicken had just the right amount of marinade on it, and it was grilled to perfection. The side, rice, refried beans, guac and pico, were perfectly prepared and seasoned. To the flour tortillas, they were some of the softest and most tender tortillas we've had. To top the evening's visit off, Ashley, even though she was super busy, took excellent care of us. Wouldnt go there if I was anyone!! , i was there yesterday there is a sick person coughing in the back and im just wondering WHY IS HE working? I left as soon as I heard that, didn't eat there or anything threw the food away and everything , as a restaurant that should be unacceptable, I dont know who to contact but I'm not taking a chance with this coronavirus, thank you.
