The honey garlic and the honey butter are both good (a good combo on the sandwich too). Fries are always bomb. I think they would do well with a better bun and toppings but still a really good sandwich. A Laurel favorite and after church go-to. Grilled chicken and fried chicken wraps are also good. Food takes a little long... And service isn't the most friendly. Several tables to sit at and the place is clean but we always just eat in the car. (Who doesn't love a good car meal?)

The fries were average nothing out of the ordinary. Wedge fries with a little seasoning built in. Solid 6 or 7 when it comes to fries. Now for the tenders Let me tell you that they are not lying when they say jumbo. We could have split the four piece because I was getting full after one tender! I did eat two and was stuffed. Hey, I have two more for dinner. lol I got the bbq sauce which was tasty. It was more like a hickory bbq with a slight kick. My girl got the krispy sauce which is like a Kane's style sauce. She liked it a lot. All in all I'd give this place a solid 8.5 out of 10. Being in Laurel I would def go back considering it was less than 2 miles from me. A friend claimed she got food poisoning from the Wheaton Mall location, which surprised me as the food quality is high, but maybe that location fell short. I prefer some other locations over Wheaton Mall one. As for the Laurel location, this one is my favorite, and I've been somewhat often. I've never had any significant issue with them. The food quality is great. I'll get a 1/4 or 1/2 chicken with 2 sides like redskin mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, corn, fries, bread, etc. Staff is relatively nice here. I talked to the manager a couple of times about a couple of minor things, and manager is good here. One time in July 2025, I went for Mandela Day, and it was a madhouse as it was a free 1/4 chicken with fries. I was patient as I waited a while as they had dozens of people wanting the free chicken that Friday evening. My girlfriend was sadly ill that weekend; so I bon appetited on my own. Nando's reward program got worse; so I'm less motivated to schlep to Laurel just to get Nando's. However, if I was going to go with Nando's, I'd go with this one as Arundel Mills let me down last time. Service & food is always top notch at the Laurel location.

My first visit was great! The fish was crispy and hot. I even ate some of the fries. The second time I patronized this location it was through food delivery and when the food arrived the fish was warm however the coating was falling off. And this wasn't from the transit to me it was how it was prepared. However on this occasion, they gave me the wrong type of fish and when I called back to inform them, they could barely understand what I was conveying and I was met with an attitude over the phone. When we went in to switch the food out, I handed the shorter latino guy who's always there, my original box which had two and a half pieces of fish, since I ate a half piece of one of the fillets before realizing it wasn't what I had ordered. I was confused at first because I thought maybe it was what I ordered until I continued to eat it and then inspected it and realized it wasn't. He quickly took out the two pieces of fish from the new box which sat upon the bagging area and gave that to me . . . just empty by itself instead of replacing the fries or any of my other sides that came along with my dinner like he was doing me a favor. I'm just realizing this now and it upsets me even more: he shouldn't have been handling my food at all PERIOD! He works in the front and puts in the sauces as well as takes calls and orders from people who walk into the restaurant.
