Just remember that any prices that end in $ - - 95 is that way for a reason, especially when they offer a $500 on the spot discount off the regular price. Others may not admit when they have been scammed. I am not too proud to say that I was duped by an experienced pro. Whether they missed it in their "rigorous" 172-point CPO inspection, or they noticed it and certified anyways, I'm not sure which is worse. Despite this, Schumacher has refused to cover the costs of the repairs, even though they sold it to me in this condition in the first place. Stay FAR away from this dealership, especially if you're buying Certified Pre-Owned. Once you're out the door, they do not care about you one bit.

I arrived at 7.40A and was pleasantly surprised to see the service bay open already. It's a tiny dealership, so you have to drive around the back. The gal behind the counter could not have been more cheery first thing in the morning and she jotted down my requests and had me out the door with a nice new Giulia Sport in less than 7 minutes. They did call at 11.30A that day to say that my car was done, but I had a full calendar and couldn't slip away so having the loaner was convenient to be able to stop by at 7.45A the next day and pick up my car. Again 5 minutes in and out, different gal, same high quality of cheer and service, and even an offer of fresh pastries and coffee. The most positive service experience I've had regardless of car brand and location!
