They kept me informed of the progress on my car and fixed an issue that my local mechanic (who are great people) overlooked. They did call at 11.30A that day to say that my car was done, but I had a full calendar and couldn't slip away so having the loaner was convenient to be able to stop by at 7.45A the next day and pick up my car. This second time it was not as bad, but still not clean. A couple days later got a low tire pressure and ran out of fluids in the car. Since I work 3 miles from where they are located, I called them figuring that since they serviced cars they might be willing to put the put the fluids in and put the air back in the tires. Instead of providing any customer service for their product, they recommend I either go to a gas station or drive back to the dealership approximately 45 miles away to get this issue resolved. I will not be renting from this company again.
