I also love how many different types of classes they offer, including burlesque, pole dance, and aerial silks, so there's always something new to try. The space feels private and secure thanks to the curtains that cover the windows, which helped me focus without feeling watched. If you've been curious but nervous, this is the place to start but they also have advanced classes. Brittany is fantastic and the energy is welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Pole dancing is painful so keep that in mind but once you land the trick it's worth it. However, when I found out they offer classes on ClassPass, the experience really went downhill. One class they kicked me out of my reservation because they said it wasn't profitable, and then when I arrived exactly 11 minutes late for another class they wouldn't let me in and said they have a five-minute late policy, which was never stated anywhere and I've witnessed before other people showing up later than that with no issue. I even googled it and it clearly states a 15-minute grace period (screenshot below). When I asked for help, the staff was completely inflexible and didn't try to accommodate at all. They did not show any compassion when I told them I came rushing from work to try to make it to class. They clearly have something against people using ClassPass, but then why offer classes on there if it upsets them so much.. maybe don't offer classes on there. On top of that, ClassPass will charge for a missed class fee, so you lose your points, money, and time. It seems the studio is prioritizing profit over customer experience, and unfortunately, that approach is likely to cost them lots of customers including me.

It's a clean, quiet studio, and Helene was very warm and welcoming. I did come with a group of friends, so I think I was less nervous than I would be if I were to come by myself.
