I've been hunting now for weeks for Apple Cider, and it's out of stock at Dimond and the Business Center. And I never knew this prior to shopping at Costco - cases of Bush's Baked Beans are a seasonal item, so now I buy multiples of those. But what I find most aggravating about Costco these days, is the lack of seating in the food court. They have these tall tables you stand up at, maybe 4 of them, and very few of the picnic style tables. Unfortunately for me, by the time I have done my shopping, and get to the food court, I'm in excruciating agony with my back, and feel like I will collapse if I do not sit down immediately. But because there are so few tables to sit at, I have to wait till someone is done. And often, when they're done, they will sit doomscrolling on their phone. And let's also insert at this point, my distress at them removing the deeply beloved Churro from their menu. I'm not the only one deeply distressed by this. I really think you could do some dining table rearrangement Costco, for us people whose backs really hurt, (but not quite enough to get on one of those disabled person carts) As always, kudos for the $1.50 hot dog and soda, but are you ever bringing back the diced onions/sauerkraut?

When I was there a local oyster farmer was giving people the products they had pre-ordered. Great for gift shopping for both local and tourist alike. We pulled up and I got excited before I even walked in. Keep your empty cleaned out bottles and jars because ladies and gentlemen we can now buy bulk item with out all the plastic from the big stores. They also have empty jars for $.50 if you need them. They have everything from raw nuts, fruit, vegetables, shampoo and toothpaste tablets. We walked around and looked and then decided on a few items We got small jars of a shea butter lotion, amazing! Also picked up some lip balms I believe we got three different ones. Also Amazing! I picked up some wheat berries so I can mill some flour for bread. Speaking of bread, they also sell bread made locally. They sell cookies and coffee made with beans and syrups they sell. We left with a bunch of goodies to try and takes about our next trip and what we will get. I'm changing our eating habits this year. We are making everything at home. No fast food all home cooked. Well except today when we had to eat, but we choose well with our food. lol we are eating clean now so if your looking to change your eating habits, or want to get away from all the plastic and buy local, stop in and have a look. You never know you may just see something and keep coming back for more.

The ambience is just like a regular meat market you go in and there's a counter with all the meat. We walked in and we asked for a specific type of steak. We saw the prize of moving on. We needed to get five and so we asked about recommendations on a cheaper cut of steak that would feed fat people and not break the bank. They were really helpful and helping us pick out the steaks that night and then we also picked up some bacon and I believe some dried meats like ham hocks or it was turkey necks. I don't remember. We have gone back and we had thought about looking at meat packages, but we haven't done it yet. We don't have room in our freezer, but they have really good prices. If you're looking straight from the butcher check them out I think you will be surprised at what you can get there and what they do have also ask about anything you may not have been able to find they may have it.

I am blown away! Also, the staff is really friendly and the location is easy to find.

I've always had a pretty good experience there, customer service being what's lacking most, in my opinion, but not so poor that it's not worth shopping there. They have most things a restaurant would have in the front or back of the house and so many things that are useful in the home as well, especially if you smoke meats, process fish & game, entertain or just love to be in the kitchen. By no means are you going to have the Williams Sonoma shopping experience, but if you need a Cambro for brining, fermenting or resting meat, this is a great place to find it. Need an extra large quality cutting board for processing your fish & game, yep, they have that too. Need some knives to hold up to the wear and tear... tongs or spatulas for the grill... yep! What about some of those red or other colored baskets that you find in front of you filled with fish & chips at a restaurant? They're fabulous to have in the camper with a box of Buffalo check paper that is easily thrown in the camp fire. Squeeze bottles for condiments, simple oil & vinegar sets, chafing dishes, sterno, bulk simple silverware or dish ware for parties; this is the place to go for it. Larger than normal oven pans, cookie sheets or sheet pans! Yep... I can vouch for that since my 18-22lb spatchcocked turkeys are cooked on one that I purchased there a couple years ago. All of these things mentioned are used in our home... on the patio... in the camper! There really are a lot of options that I don't think the non-restaurant career person would necessarily realize they can get for their house and/or food prep & serving needs!
