Keep your empty cleaned out bottles and jars because ladies and gentlemen we can now buy bulk item with out all the plastic from the big stores. They also have empty jars for $.50 if you need them. They have everything from raw nuts, fruit, vegetables, shampoo and toothpaste tablets. We walked around and looked and then decided on a few items We got small jars of a shea butter lotion, amazing! Also picked up some lip balms I believe we got three different ones. Also Amazing! I picked up some wheat berries so I can mill some flour for bread. Speaking of bread, they also sell bread made locally. They sell cookies and coffee made with beans and syrups they sell. We left with a bunch of goodies to try and takes about our next trip and what we will get. I'm changing our eating habits this year. We are making everything at home. No fast food all home cooked. Well except today when we had to eat, but we choose well with our food. lol we are eating clean now so if your looking to change your eating habits, or want to get away from all the plastic and buy local, stop in and have a look. I came in and didn't have my membership card and my Costco app would not load. I went to the membership desk and zero issue, zero line, they printed me off a temporary pass so I wouldn't have to drive back home for my physical card. I didn't even know they did this. Everyone working was actually nice. Smiles. It was cool. The layout did confuse me but that'll happen when you're used to your store. I was ready to pickup a printer but couldn't find them so that's a task for another day. THE SAMPLES! wow! Either this time and day was perfect for samples or they are on every corner at this location! The sample sizes were also HUGE! Really I think this location has more product selections than the Debarr location. It also wasn't a hectic parking lot aside from looking at the people in line for gas (not me!) I think if it were more convenient I might actually prefer this location.

Christmas decor and trees are out already and so are the coats. There's plenty of Halloween to go around still. I do think that the receipt checker was a little excessive touching everything to get a count. Also churros are now in the food court so that's my big win for this Costco trip!

UPDATE: I wanted to update my previous review because Costco did ultimately make this situation…read moreright. After the issue with my original tires not being returned to me as requested, the Assistant General Manager reached out and took responsibility for resolving the problem. They ordered a brand-new set of tires for me to replace the ones that were lost. I picked up the replacement tires today, and everything went smoothly with absolutely no issues. The full set was there and ready for me, exactly as promised. I was extremely frustrated with how the original situation was handled, but I also believe in giving credit when a business steps up and fixes a mistake. I really appreciate the AGM taking my complaint seriously, following through, and making sure I was properly taken care of. Mistakes happen--the way a company responds afterward matters just as much. Costco handled the resolution well, and I'm satisfied with how everything ultimately turned out. I've attached a photo of the new tires as well.
