Shall we try something new. After a prior visit here we had to return and take another look. These days we are all trying to be more careful about eating properly. They have made us a place to eat and be well! Let's get to the point, you get to choose the way the bowl is made . The greens as a base was my choice with salmon and tofu. You can opt out of sauce or choose a variety of spice level. Then add some other ingredients and you are off tomorrow eating it. After my experience here we leaned so many different things. We have experienced so many different styles of eating too. It's good for you, and different is difficult sometimes. Our new favorite flair . The employees were helpful in making us feel welcome and comfortable. The food and service were excellent. Thank you for making our trip feel special and welcoming. I am glad that I tried Poki Bowl in our area. I did not realize that I was missing out on good poki bowls. I fell in love with the Ahi tuna poki bowl. I chose sushi rice, medium spicy, and customized the toppings. They also sell ice cream. We tried the banana flavor. Brandon and the other staff are very friendly and explained how to make a customized bowl. The place is small but clean. Definitely, we'll come back and spread the word about how delicious this poki bowl is.

Thank you to Yelp, Poki Bowl, and Kayla and her team for making this experience possible! This was my first time at Poki Bowl and I'm happy to say the experience did not disappoint. The associate who helped me was Brandon, and he was nothing short of amazing. From the second I walked in, I was greeted and felt so welcomed. The facility itself is very modern, clean, and absolutely beautiful, with tons of natural lighting that makes the space feel open and inviting. There's plenty of room for you and your guests to sit and enjoy your meal, and they even have an outdoor deck patio if you want to relax and enjoy some fresh air while you eat. I decided to try their signature Poki Bowl with two proteins of my choice. I went with salmon and octopus, and from that point on I basically trusted every suggestion Brandon gave me. I'm so glad I did because my bowl turned out amazing! It was packed with flavor, and you could really taste the freshness in all of the proteins, greens, and toppings. On top of my bowl, I ended up indulging a little and ordered some spam musubi for my kids and husband, along with a few yakitori skewers. The musubi sauce was really good--full of flavor without being overly heavy or overwhelming. The yakitori skewers were also delicious and had that perfect savory flavor that makes you want to keep going back for more bites. I was also informed that this Poki Bowl location is one of the first of its kind to have its own tap beer bar, which is really cool to know. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to indulge in an alcoholic beverage this time since I had about 100 things to do after leaving, but it's definitely something I'm looking forward to coming back and trying next time. Overall, the experience was amazing, and I'm already looking forward to coming back again with my family!

Came by here to pick up some lunch for the first time. The location is pretty easy to find. It's a nice causal set up. Upon entering, I was greeted by a sweet girl and then, I was assisted by a gentleman who looked like the store manage; that took my order. He was very thorough about the menu and what they offer. He was helpful when I asked about their popular options. The items are very customizable, which I love! I ended up getting their small salmon poke bowl with sushi rice, avocados, white onions, chopped jalapeños, pickled gingers, fried onions, and their house poke sauce. I pretty much got everything, as far as goes topping wise lol. All the items were fresh and so yummy. I do recommend this place, I will be coming back for sure!

Fresh and simple poke bowls in a build-your-own style bar. I love the simplicity of their bowls with their medium spicy house sauce and selection of toppings. They don't do anything extra and just let the flavors speak for itself!

The lack of a 5th star is based on value. My gold standard of comparison is Island Fin Poke. They have a ton of options! They even offer 2 kinds of chicken for non fish lovers which my husband happens to be. He will eat raw tuna and thats it! So it's great to have a mix of options for a mixed group of eaters. Additionally, Island Fin offers more toppings, both premium & standard. I especially love their OG veggies. What stood out most, was the price difference. Poki Bowls small bowl was 17.99! That's more money, less options and less food. I could have gotten a larger bowl at IFP for about $7 less. If I were basing my review 100% on the service & quality of food I received, I would give PB a solid 5 stars. The food was very fresh! When it comes to raw fish that's GOTTA be the case & it was. My tina & octopus bowl was very fresh and tasty. My husband said he enjoyed his bowl also. He did however comment "dang that's it?" Re the size of the bowl bc he's used to the ample portions we get from IFP. However, the bowls were good quality and flavor. If we didn't know any different-PB would get a full 5 stars. If we're talking value, it's a 4 teetering on the edge of a 3. IDK the reasoning for such a higher cost of the food @ PB so perhaps it's valid. The staff were all really friendly, the dining and food prep area were clean and the food was good quality. However if I have a choice, I'm going to choose the better value and options for my Poki bowl and stick to Island Fin Poki.

Loved the friendly service and cleanliness! I got the small bowl which was filling for a female because you ca. get two proteins and crab with a base (rice/brown rice/salad) plus toppings like avocado etc. the quality was nice esp for the price and it tasted fresh! I'll be back for more!!

Delicious poke bowl! I was greeted when I arrived and the employees were kind and quick to help out. They explained how it worked and what they have available. It reminds me of a Chipotle style, where you pick out proteins and veggies that you want. I chose the spicy tuna and salmon with sushi rice. They mix the salmon and the greens in front of you. After picking out the proteins, you can pick between avocado, seaweed salad or edamame. Everything else you can add without extra charge. I got some cucumbers, imitation crab meat, fried garlic, and some green onions. They drizzled sauces on top and I tried all of them. Topped it off with some sesame seeds and furikake. I also had it with a fountain soda. Selection is a bit on the smaller side but everything tasted good! It is locally owned and operated. Tip them- they work hard, kind, and quick to serve!

I had a great experience at Poki Bowl in Henderson. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. My first time here and I got the California bowl which is imitation crab, avocado, and more! Their proteins are fresh and delicious! I like how they have non spicy and spicy initiation crab. One of the few poke places in Henderson that's open later. Most places close around five so this is a great option since they close around eight. The food is always good. When you order it spicy, it's actually spicy and all the options are always fresh. I am definitely a regular at this place. Great staff, tiny establishment. I usually order anything to go since I live in the area.

We came on opening day and we're very impressed with how quick and attentive the staff was with us. Dominick made our poke bowls and the food was delicious!! This was the first time ever trying Poki and let me tell you this place did NOT disappoint!! The staff was very helpful and friendly on assisting me as I didn't exactly know what to get. The portion sizes were perfect and very fulfilling. It was so delicious I totally forgot to take a picture of my bowl. Today was the grand opening and I can tell it will be very successful for as busy as it was already. I was even lucky enough to meet the owners and they are the sweetest people I've met. My favorite place shut down so I took a chance on this one since it was only 5 minutes away but I was severely disappointed. I came in for two bowls there were very very little options for toppings. The lady taking my order was an older lady who you can tell was forcing a smile since her boss was behind her and she very clearly just wanted to get the transaction over with the ambiance was very tense and very fake. She was so passive aggressive and also didn't understand what I was saying at all and instead of re-asking me she just went ahead and did what she thought she heard? She ended up getting my order completely wrong - missing things but before I had a chance to correct her or speak up she would just move on to the next thing and ask me very rudely what else I wanted I was scared to even ask her for stuff bc of how rude she sounded. I have a bit of social anxiety so this was all very overwhelming to me. Then came the sauces- no yum yum, no kewpie mayo, teriyaki, soy sauce or anything other than their own I guess spicy sauces which she asked if I wanted any and I had said "none, not any, I don't want it" but even though I the customer stated I wanted none of their spicy sauces she decided to go ahead and pour all three into my bowl with a simple "you'll like them." What ? Why would you pour something into my food that I very clearly stated that I didn't want. Then ! She did the same thing to the second bowl I had like what ? Bad enough you did it to the first one but the second one too ?? With no disregard to what I wanted ? At this point I should've pulled a Chipotle and walked out but I wasn't brave enough too, her manager or whatever was behind her asking me questions on how I found the place and I was just out of it thinking how much I was gonna dislike my food, some random spicy sauces were in there, she piled on so much rice and everything else was one small scoop, she ignored the other toppings I asked for and at the end she charged me extra for a regular topping that I didn't even realize and my other place never charged me extra for and then gave me this very tiny sauce of idk what. Rude staff and overpriced I should've gone to Chipotle. read more

I'm giving this three stars because while the food was tasty and the customer service was good, it is incredibly over-priced compared to other poke restaurants. It was also disappointing to see that their selection of toppings was smaller than other places. Different is always welcome, but when you pay $17.95 for a bowl, you expect to have a plethora of topping selections. On the plus side, they don't charge for avocado (as of this writing) but they charge an additional $1.50 for a small scoop of seaweed salad or edamame. Poki Bowl is not that convenient to me, and I wouldn't go out of my way to return. However, if I were in the area and read that the prices dropped and the topping options increased, I would give it a second chance. read more

Build-your-own-bowl new poke place. The portions are a bit smaller than other places but had bold flavors. You have a choice of sushi/brown rice, mixed greens/chips, 4 scoops of various proteins (large bowls), then various sauces/toppings (edamame/seaweed salad are extra $1.50 each). Place was clean and orderly with friendly staff. We would come back again when in the area. read more

Some of these other reviews are hilarious. They are complaining about price and then saying what great quality the food was. You get what you pay for. The "$13 bowl down the street" is no where near the quality of these bowls. These guys deserve all the positive reviews and then some. The store is clean. The husband and wife owners are very friendly and personable. All ingredients, including fish, is fresh and tastes great. Their Poki Sauce is amazing. You can see their sign from the street. Stop in and grab an awesome Poki Bowl. Let's make sure these guys are very successful in this area. read more

I moved to Nevada a year ago and have been in search of a great Poke Place in the Henderson area. I tried several of them, all garbage! Until now! Poki Bowl is fresh fish goodness in a bowl. Everything about this place screams POKE. The service is great, the ambiance is great, and the food is even better, what more can you want? My daughters and I went to eat here yesterday. All I can say is WOW!! The place was so clean and the service was amazing. We have never been to a poki bowl before and the staff was so nice to help and explain everything and their suggestion were on point. We tried the boba delicious, spam Musubi was amazing. I've had different spam musubi from different places and this place had the best ones. Overall my daughter and I will differently be going back we love this place. read more

I was in the mood for a poki bowl and noticed this new business so I stopped in. I was more shocked at the prices for a regular ($17.99) or a large ($19.99) bowl before I even saw anything else. Holy crap! That's pricey! Was this poki bowl better or worse than other places? I doubt it, but for those prices I was expecting it to be way better. Not a huge selection of sauces, but what can you do? Honestly, I doubt I'll come back? read more

The fish was fresh and good. The sauce was spicy and good. The rice was slightly undercooked. They need shades on the windows for dinner because of location. I will be back. Take out probably better. Price is just too high for a poke bowl. Food quality was good, service great, and the restaurant was clean. I just can't get past nearly $18 for a small bowl. I can get the same bowl with an extra 1/2 mile drive for $13. If you don't mind the high price, definitely give them a try. read more

The staff were extremely nice and the spam musubi was good. I had high hopes for this place as I love Poke and all things sushi but unfortunately was pretty disappointed. The portions are insanely small for the fish my jaw actually dropped with how they used a cookie scooper as the "scoop." The salmon tasted very fishy, the seaweed salad almost had a chemical taste to it for 1.50$ extra and just a tiny serving, and they need more sauce variety. It felt more like I ate an imitation crab salad rather than a poke salad where the main attraction should have been the fish. read more

I ordered coippino which at $46 was expensive but I wanted a treat. Hubby ordered large clam chowder in bread bowl and Caesar salad. Cioppino lists first ingredient as crab. What I was served had no crab, 2 overcooked shrimp and rubbery calamari. The sauce was flavorful but so disappointing otherwise. I asked about the crab and was told "no crab" and I was offered additional scallops as compensation. He brought three small scallops on a plate. Hubby was served two small bread bowls of chowder with the explanation of "we are out of large bowls". Again, it should have been discussed prior to serving that there was a substitution. Who wants two big loaves of bread bowl??? The salad adequate-- a big bowl of romaine with croutons with a side of dressing. All in all not worth the over $150 it cost. Not in the least! And they charge an extra 3% if you use a credit card. We will not be back.

Right now, they have a teriyaki salmon bowl (cooked or raw) and a spam musubi bowl available for a limited time. And you can't miss the VIRAL, controversial Fish and Chips!
