I LOVE Poki Bowl! The owner's here are TOP-NOTCH and really care about their customers and providing the freshest seafood and accommodating orders. I had the regular poke bowl with Ahi Tuna, Shrimp, and Octopus. I had mixed greens as my base and all of the toppings except for edamame. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Fish is fresh, quality is excellent, and you really get your money's worth here! Only wish they were open later but I try to order whenever they are open. I'm always in the mood for such a healthy, protein filled delight! They even accommodate my request for dressing on the side without any hassles. If I lived closer I'd be here every day! Tried Poki Bowl in Bountiful for the first time and it did not disappoint! Ordered takeout and was pleasantly surprised to have sturdy takeout containers with secure lids for the drive home. I ordered the small poki bowl which comes in at 32 oz. Same size as the regular or large bowl, the only difference is how many protein scoops you receive. Small bowl receives two of your choice, regular size includes three, and the large size includes four. You of course can add additional scoops to any of them for an additional fee. Toppings are free and they have quite a few! I went with shrimp and octopus in my small bowl with all of the toppings listed except for edamame. They were kind enough to honor my request of dressing on the side in which I requested their Poki Spicy Sauce (which basically tastes like spicy mayo). You can choose from a variety of bases such as brown rice, sushi rice, mixed greens, or tortilla chips (you can also mix and match two of them and go half and half). I went with mixed greens and tortilla chips and let me tell you; that bowl was filled to the absolute brim and you honestly need another bowl to mix it all in if you want the flavors equal. Needless to say I was VERY impressed with the freshness of all the ingredients. Only slight bummer was there were only a few tiny pieces of octopus in my whole bowl but it was getting close to closing and very possible that they were running out. The shrimp was fantastic and decent size portions. I also ordered a side of their steamed and air fried Potstickers and OMG their ponzu sauce is out of this world! Hands down, the BEST damn ponzu sauce that I've ever had anywhere! I'd like a large side of that just to have on hand for dressing, etc. The potstickers definitely tasted healthier since they weren't fried in a bunch of fattening oil on the stove. Overall I definitely plan on going back to this lovely find of a restaurant and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, HEALTHY, and filling food suitable for your wallet and your gut health. read more

We popped into Poki Bowl to try it out. The food is flavorful with plenty of options to create own flavor blend. You start with a choice of rice or greens which can also be 1/2 and 1/2, then there are a couple of protein choices; mine were salmon and octopus. Others included yellowtail tuna, ahi and spicy ahi. Then there are lots of flavorful condiments to add for your own flavor preference. I enjoyed my dish, the salmon was fresh as were the sides. The octopus was pretty good too. I tried my wife's ahi and thought it tasted less fresh than the salmon. And her spicy tuna didn't make a great impression on me either. But, that being said, her bowl was still pretty good. First- I'm so glad that we now have poke in Bountiful! It's very much needed in this area. The store is impeccably clean, service was fast and friendly, and food was tasty. I love that they don't up-charge for avocado or other toppings! A regular bowl (3 scoops of protein) is a ton of food, definitely 2 meals' worth. Changes I'd make: season the rice (it says Sushi Rice but I didn't taste any vinegar or seasoning), increase the sauce amount, and reduce the quantity of rice. When I got home, I dumped the poke bowl into a larger bowl to mix the ingredients, and there's a disproportionate amount of rice. This means that flavors aren't as strong. Stopped by this place for lunch after my boss recommended it. Was pleasantly surprised. It's set up like an assembly line, you choose what carbs you want, you can do half salad or chips, sushi rice, brown rice. For protein there's salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, shrimp, octopus, chicken, tofu. Then you choose any of the toppings they have listed. I added avocado, seaweed salad, imitation crab, crispy onions, green onions. Then, you choose your sauces. I got the spicy poke sauce and umami eel sauce. As you can see portions are large and they are generous. It was tasty and filling. Best part it is considering how much food they give you it's priced not too bad. The small bowl is about $13 which is what I got. Service was great, the guy was super helpful and answered all our questions. Was also really quick. The inside is like what you'd expect for a cafe type set up, you can sit but you can also just go in out pretty quick with your food. I'll definitely be back. read more

The ambiance right away was very chill, clean, relaxed and inviting. My partner and I chose spicy tuna and ahi tuna and it was his first time trying tuna and he really liked it! Very generous portions and great selection. I wish they had chopped jalepeno and chopped mango- those would be great additions to the menu. Very pleased with the service from Christian and Kendall! They could tell right off the bat we were new to the establishment and explained the menu and process thoroughly.
