Sapporo is a light crisp 5% abv lager and the oldest beer brand in Japan. The ultra colorful wall mural brought some Japanese cartoony anime into the main dining room next to our table. Slightly pricey but the sushi was super fresh with big portions. The waiter was attentive and quick to take our order with apps and drinks out fast but we were a big party so it took a bit to bring the main dishes but everything was "made to order". If you're searching for good sushi that does not cause stomach cramps later, then try this place.
