I happened to be staying at the hotel across the street from the Galleria mall and stumbled in on this place. I have to say I had a less than favorable outcome. I ordered an asparagus roll, salmon cream cheese, spicy crunchy tuna, peanut avocado. I'm not an expert at sushi rice but this rice just seemed so bland. The spicy mayo was probably the only thing decent. The ginger was liking eating a rubber band. The wasabi was also weird, a lot of moisture. I had a Japanese co worker that tried the bowls and said they were decent. Spent about $25 dollars for purely executed sushi. Thai Milk Tea with boba was delicious; you really can't mess up Thai tea. But let me tell you about the coconut milk tea... I was thinking like regular coconut milk and was SUPER hesitant to try it but it's SO DELICIOUS. It tastes exactly like those coconut popsicles (palette de coco) it was like a refreshing melted down popsicle. only thing missing was the shredded coconut. They were both 10/10.

Great Poke and Sushi Place in the Galleria. We got the poke bowl. They have a so many bowl options, but also a built your own bar. It was a lot of food for around $12-14. The ingredients tasted fresh and I liked how many options they offered. 4/5 Their brown sugar boba was pretty good but their pearls didn't taste fully cooked, they were still hard. It also wasn't a lot of drink for $5. The cup lid was a little bear, which was cute. 2/5 for the boba.

Quite an extensive menu. Tried the brown sugar milk tea. Pricey for a medium but it was good! Service was fast and friendly.

Nasty poke bowl, old and stale ingredients NOT fresh and I was hungry so I had to force myself to eat it.

Spotlessly clean establishment, superb customer service and consistently scrumptious poke bowl…read more It has been awhile since I've eaten here, so I was pleasantly surprised that they added paper forms for ordering. It definitely makes it easier to see all the mix in options especially with kids.

Some pros include good service, an efficient ordering system (you can fill out a small slip of paper at the front of the restaurant), and the unique oil selection option. But unfortunately, my biggest gripe was their food. Upon receiving my order, my roommate noted how small the bowl was. While size didn't matter (initially), they gave me way more rice than protein, and by the end of my meal, I found myself having to supplement my leftover rice with my own protein. A small bowl was 3 scoops of protein (I requested 2 scoops of spicy tuna and 1 scoop of spicy yellowtail), but frankly, they were a bit stingy with their portions because it did not seem like 3 scoops. I felt that paying $14 for how much I was getting turned me off. Furthermore, my roommate and I agreed that the sauces and how the fish was seasoned were more salty than spicy. I requested 2 types of spicy raw fish and a spicy aioli sauce and still found the spice to be subtle, almost nonexistent. In addition, some premium ingredients, such as Masago and Seaweed Salad, would have been free elsewhere. Overall, I was unsatisfied with my experience and unsure if I'd return. While taste is subjective, I'd suggest improving portion sizes by fixing the rice-to-protein ratio; past reviews have expressed similar sentiments, so I know I'm not alone in feeling like the portions are absurd. Also worth mentioning is that they give free dessert (ube, matcha, and pandan rice crispies) if you leave a Google review, which I feel could skew the ratings.
