My go-to roll is Alaska Roll, so that tends to be my point of comparison between sushi places. The Alaska roll at Omka features large pieces of salmon that tastes super fresh, and I appreciate that the rolls have a reasonable ratio of rice to fillings. The other highlight for me is the sweet potato tempura roll, which is incredible for reasons I'm not even sure I can adequately explain, but it's a must-order every single time (and a bargain at $4/roll).
