Very fresh ingredients and fast ordering for pick up. The #1 Classic Hawaiian Poké Bowl is made with the freshest ingredients and full of flavor with a generous portion of ahi tuna, rice, seaweed salad and fresh cucumber and onion. I also ordered a side of shrimp tempura because I wanted some crunch on the side. It is a nice add on with the poke' bowl. This meal was very filling and enough to share or spread to a second meal. This is a nice, simple, unassuming place. The owners seem to be here all the time. I see the same family every time I am in. When they first opened, they were super generous and upbeat when building your bowl. I think over time it became too much with people asking to add more and more, because she didn't really encourage and kept a stoic look. So I didn't press. The bowls priced here are comparable to other local places... $14-$16. They have burritos and those are $15+. The appetizers are like $7+, so it's a little more expensive than fast food, but I would argue that it's much healthier and worth the added cost. They also have a punch card, so buy 10 bowls and get the 11th free. This time, my wife and I both got a spicy salmon bowl and it was great as usual. We will be back. read more

The food was sopping wet on my most recent order but this was after I complained because the last time I ordered from here they forgot the sauce all together. I would not return here as it feels like they sabotaged my order on purpose because they didn't like that I called them out on messing up my order from the prior visit. The bowls have nice balance overall, though they can lean a little rice-heavy and light on fish, with authenticity taking a back seat. We came here on a weekend early evening and had dinner in the small but nicely decorated restaurant. There are 6 tables available to sit at in the front and you order in the back with the large TV menus clearly explaining all the dishes. You order and pay first, and if you eat there, they will serve the food to you. The staff and owner were very friendly, and had added some items on the house which were greatly appreciated! They just opened one week ago and with all the people stopping by and getting take out already, it's sure to be a hit! The food itself was great. We got the starters of fried calamari which was honestly the best cooked (melt in your mouth and not chewy/over cooked) I've had in the area! We also enjoyed the sesame balls and the waffle fries. For entrees I loved that the sushi burrito was a great size and not overly filled with rice. The seafood we had was fresh and delicious. In total 3 starters, 2 entrees came to about $50 not including tip. Happy to see this new casual restaurant in the area and we will definitely be back! read more

Not only are they leaps and bounds above any other poke restaurant I've been to in terms of quality and taste (outside of Hawaii) but they match that with friendly service and kindness. Dropped in for lunch with my son and we had Hawaiian Signature Bowls. He had a large Spicy Salmon and I had the Hawaiian Classic. Service was fast and courteous. The price was nice and the food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the nautical ambiance as well. This storefront operation has ample parking and is located on the North-facing side of the L-shaped mall where Jewel/Osco is located (near the UPS store). This is now my favorite local poke! Solid poke spot. Good amount of protein, fresh ingredients. I don't know how I choose one spot over another, there's 3 in close proximity. I like some of their signature bowls here better, where at others I make my own creations. Those suggested/signature combos are pretty good, or have me sold so far. I'm still exploring the menu, but haven't been disappointed by anything I've tried so far. It's let me try new things and get ingredients I might not pick on my own but go really well together. I'm stuck in make your own bowl mode at the other spot I go. I guess that's how I decide which spot to choose, it's whether I want something new or if I want my regular thing. read more

I did a make-your-own poke bowl. It was pretty good. I think it was the rice I didn't love. If it was a little fresher, it would've been perfect. The toppings were good, though! Tried it for the first time a couple of days ago based on positive reviews on Yelp. In my opinion, it was a let down. I ordered Tuna poke bowl and its taste was not reflective of its high price. Taste was at best just OK. Don't know if I will go back anytime soon. read more

The appetizers are really bad. I'm fairly certain they are all just cheap frozen ones from the store, because the veggie egg rolls are identical to the Aldi ones, and the crab Rangoon was some of the worst crab Rangoon I've ever had. This was an interesting experience. Very good flavors and fish, really like the idea of the burrito...it's like you're eating a giant sushi roll. All in all I think I prefer to just get sushi rolls to satisfy my cravings but this is a nice thing to try once in a while. We tried Poke Bowl for the first time today and it was fantastic! We each created our own bowl and all the ingredients were very fresh! My partner had 5 different sea food items in his bowl and he said the quality and flavor was really great! I'm very picky about chicken quality and tofu and I have to say both were delicious! We also had an order of crab Rangoon and spring rolls - both very, very good! I wish I had remembered to take photos, but we ate EVERY bite! Highly recommend this place! It's priced competitively with a certain chain, but the ingredients and flavor are much higher quality IMO. Staff was very friendly as well. 10/10! read more
