Yuck, rats under my house! While having work done on my air conditioning, the tech reported to me "I just want you to know I counted 2 dead rats and 1 large one living under the vapor pad". Great. I went in search of a cage trap to catch that sucker and thankfully had no luck. I am already a Pointe Pest Control customer, so I gave them a call. Thank goodness I did. As it turned out, there were many breeches along the foundation and signs of major rodent infestation. I was provided with a comprehensive plan of attack which started that day. On their 2nd trip to my house, the crew secured all the breech points, which look really nice and secure. Lead by Zack, the crew worked diligently to get my house protected as if they were taking care of their own mom's. I was kept informed of their findings and progress in solving my problem. Top notch in every way. Now I am hearing the traps pop, reassuring me the job is getting the desired results! I am thankful there are people willing to do this type of work. I have always been reluctant to spray for insects, as I have an aversion to using chemicals. The daddy long-legs spiders are so numerous and messy around the eaves of our house that I decided to give Pointe Pest Control's natural treatment a try. It is advertised as a repellent. The first tech to spray was Shane: very nice young man who took time to walk around the house with me. He knocked down all the cobwebs and, upon completion of spraying, said that if I was not satisfied with the results I should call and they'd be right out to discuss options. I scheduled the 30-day follow-up appointment. I was happy with the results. No offensive odor; no dead bugs; just the sweet absence of spiders and webs. My follow-up was yesterday. Crystal and Brett were the techs this time: again, very personable; and professional. There had been little spider activity, and I have high expectation that I will be as pleased this time as last. So far from the salesman, Caleb to the techs Sam and Doug, everybody has been great. The fellas have been really on the ball about letting me know not only when they'll be in the back yard so I can let my boys in; but how long before I can let them back out. All of them have made sure to check with me about any questions or problems before they leave. Doug specifically asked if my dogs had had any problems from the initial spraying and reiterated that the chemicals while being safe for pets needed to dry first. He also made sure to let me know he had moved their water bowl to "high ground" (one of my patio tables,LOL). I don't normally write yelp reviews, however I had to make an exception. I recently purchased a home in the Rogue Valley, there had been a rat issue in the underside of the house. When we bought the home I knew it had been addressed, however they came back. Baylen who is a sales rep stopped by and since I was home I answered the door, he was very respectful not in the least pushy. Dylan and Brandon came about three hours later addressed all of the exterior aspects of the house, inspected the crawl space (where I still have a rat issue) left set and humane traps. We're new customers, so it will take a few weeks to be able to comment on the effectiveness of treatment, but our experience with Pointe so far has been excellent. We were able to schedule our initial evaluation just a few days out. This was a nice surprise given that handymen, mechanics, et al are scheduling 3 weeks to months out. Kyle asked a lot of good questions and gave us a quote that we were happy with. Even better, the first treatment was scheduled within a week. Grant showed up on time and gave me a thorough run-down of the treatment he would apply and what I should expect. I'm very impressed with Pointe Pest Control. We first met with David for our home inspection and quote. He did a thorough inspection, and even gave me tips on things I can do to save money. Issac was scheduled to spray our house, he did a wonderful job. For our Rodent removal we had Dillan and Brenden. They did an excellent job. Each person was very professional, explained what work they were doing and was very thorough, and as an added bonus they were all very kind. My house is clearly marked NO SOLICITING....the salesman a kid with glasses that never ever identifies himself begins the speil....I kindly say the sign outside says no soliticing...he says his boss makes him... I have called this company 3 times and told them to be removed from the door to door list.keeps happening.......the next time this happens I will take a picture of the salesperson and email to Medford Police Dept.. and your company will recieve a fine and the salesman a ticket...enough is enough The only pest in question is your rude door to door salesman that ignore the NO SOLICITING sign by the front door and walkway...period end of discussion. read more

I have had a great experience so far with all the employees of Pointe that are servicing my house, from the estimate by Kyle Olson to the initial first service by Alex Carpenter & Ice Arreola...Our second follow up service by Tristan Neil was done efficiently...The whole crew are doing a great & efficient job for me removing rodents in the foundations & walls of my home...Also they secured all foundation openings with screens to protect for the future...So far I expect goods results...We are still waiting to see what the final results will be...We expect to be successful in removal of rodents in the next weeks service & check....G&S Miller read more

After hearing rodents in an interior wall I called Pointe Pest Control to do a follow up check for new rodent activity after their initial service last year. Zack and Dylan came out this morning to check under the house for possible rodent entry areas. They located a large opening where plumbing comes through the subfloor under a tub. They blocked it off, set new traps and checked the entire exterior foundation for possible entry points. They will be returning next week to check and reset traps if necessary. This company goes above and beyond when it comes to service! I definitely recommend them, their technicians are the best. read more

Levi was my first POINT PEST technician when I moved here in 2019. He remembered me and my house from that time until he treated my property again today. I have to say that he is the best Point Pest technician I have experienced, although they have all been trustworthy and very reliable. He spent a bit more time and did a very thorough job examining the grounds and house and not missing any spots that would benefit from spraying. He seemed to have excellent work skills and made sure all was complete and secured before he left. He did all of this very quickly and efficiently. I just had my house and yard sprayed by Levi and I have not met a more professional and hard working individual. He was very clear on what he was going to do and answered any and all my concerns. When i needed help getting rid of rats under my house, i interviewed three different pest control businesses and settled on Pointe Pest. The people who came to my house to do multiple tasks to ensure my home was protected from intruders and rid it of existing unwanted rodents were excellent. They are efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Today Grant was here to check the traps. He completed the work, explained what he found, and advised of a future follow-up visit to recheck traps again. Shane C was excellent at explaining what he would be doing during this 1-month follow up appointment. So far everything has been great since the first visit; I only got a few ants coming back outside but Shane explained that was obviously because I leave cat food outside, which makes sense. However, none of the spiders have come back at all! And none of the bigger ants out back have returned, nor have I seen ANY earwigs since and they were all over the place prior to the first treatment. So all in all, their product seems to work well, and I would recommend them! read more

Crystal was very professional and efficient. We were notified of the estimated time she would arrive, and was right on time. She checked in when she and her partner arrived and asked if we had any particular concerns (which we did not). They brushed down any spider webs they found, treated the exterior of the house and checked two traps that were set in the garage during the last treatment. The professional service given to me by your technicians Dylan and Talieson was immediately noticeable. I could hear rodents in the house, I just couldn't find them, or where they were getting in. With a deep knowledge of the behavior and expectations of what the rodents do during the winter months they placed bait and closed outside openings I had no idea rodents could use to enter my home. They try to put you into a contract which the tech will say is quarterly.. but they try to sneak a 5th payment in and send you to collections. They say if your having a problem they will come out any time and take care of it while in the contract. But they do not.. they only come out every 14 or 21 days even if requested more. The have been spraying for over a year and I still have spiders everywhere. They spray your windows on the outside so it has spray lines and you cant get it off your windows. We have had a great experience with Pointe Pest Control to tackle a rat problem at our house. Shaun and Dylan have been nothing but professional and it shows that they really do care about the long term outcome of eradicating the rodent problem. I was hesitant about paying for the service, but it has paid off! They keep coming to check the traps as well as have done some exclusion work to the basement vents of our house. We had an ongoing pest problem. Based on a recoomendation from a friend, Pointe came out. The rep immediately identified the problem, and a couple of others, and gave us a flat fee estimate for a year's service. This was much better than some other services that keep trying to upsell based on new problems that they identify. They sent Brett and Shane out the very next day. They were very thorough, and we really appreciate the care they took to avoid vegetable gardens etc. Very nice and professional people. read more
