Everything that everyone is saying in the bad reviews is true to my experience. The company usesd scare tactics to pressure us into spending thousands of dollars with no absolutely 0 results. Their services did not resolve our pest issues. We are almost a year into our service and still continue to have activity from ants, spiders, and rats. When I expressed concern to their "customer service manager" that we weren't seeing the results that we had expected, he continued to make excuses and defend the products. If they work so great then why do we still have an infestation? This company is a joke, save your money! read more

Very disappointed! The saleswoman that arrived at our front door to convince my husband and I on how great their business was for spider removal sold us on a very over priced pkg. They did go under the house, said spiders were visible. Never did see anybody apply anything outside for the spider issue. They did show up a few times with a long handled duster to knock down webs. TLDR this company quotes insane prices for issues that don't exist and use fear tactics to force a sale of services and almost cost me the sale of my home. This company is the absolute worst pest control provider in the country possibly the world. I called them and several other companies out originally to get a quote on moving a bumblee nest from under my home to anywhere else as a home inspector wouldn't do the inspection with them present. I did want to save the colony as bumblees are non aggressive and native. They said they couldn't due to the space not allowing for a full bee suit which is somewhat understandable. They then tell me that after the inspection they found a myriad of other problems, powder post beetles, termites, mold, fungus, dry rot, ants, rodents the whole 9 yards and that it all needed to be done now or the home could collapse and several other very ominous sounding things and it would cost upwards of 50,000 dollars. Of course none of the other pest providers mentioned any of the other problems. Forward 2 weeks I removed the bumblee nest myself again they are non aggressive got the inspection done and it all came out clear. The buyer noticed some bees during a walk through and there was a outdoor nest the inspector had missed or had formed in a couple weeks. So they had a few pest providers quote removal one was all natural pest elimination. That unfortunately opened a can of worms for the sale because all other providers noticed no other issues but they again came back with another insanely high quote 45 thousand this time. Following this the buyer was adamant on the service after several other pest quotes they all said no issues present and after fighting back and forth settled on powder post beetle treatment i literally had to tell another pest company that i understand the treatment is usless but can you just do it so i have a recipt for the seller. Took on a job they didn't have the time for nor a solution for. They were quick to take my money then failed to perform on the basics that they sold me on. I got estimates for clean up from an animal trapped in my crawl space. All Natural Pest described a disaster under my house and suggested $4000 to clean it up. Then said I had a bigger problem, a huge mold problem for which they wanted $5000. I was wise enough, thank goodness, to get more estimates, though the tech was dramatic enough to almost convince me to hire them on the spot. Two other estimates later, both agreed--no need to clean up the animal mess, it's dissipating on its own, and there is no mold problem. I am DISGUSTED with All Natural Pest. read more

This company is without a doubt the worst company to do business with that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. if there was an option for zero stars I would put that. Back story. I bought a house in September of 2022 that came with a "warranty" from all natural. The previous owners had paid thousands of dollars for service and they were supposed to come out and make sure we didn't have bugs, rodents, or roof moss. The first tech who came to my property was there to check everything out and refill rodent bait stations. When he arrived, I was informed that he didn't have training to refill the bait stations. So I ended up just doing it myself. We had a yellow jacket infestation as well. It got so bad that we couldn't go outside without being harassed and forget about taking food outside! I requested that they bring bee bags to trap the bees multiple times throughout the summer. Every time their techs showed up they had one or maybe two for me when I had requested 10. Always full of excuses like "we only have a few in the office ". Another group of technicians told me that the yellow jacket traps only work on queens. After doing some research, I found that this wasn't true. Not sure if the tech was lying or just not trained. They never did get rid of the bees and we ended up just having to deal with them until the end of the season when they finally died due to the cold weather. On multiple occasions they canceled the appointment that I had with them at the time of the appointment! Seems like if you're going to cancel you should know earlier in the day and let someone know so that they don't wait around for you. On multiple other occasions the technicians didn't even know why they were at my house. One guy was supposed to be there to handle the bees, and jumps out saying "I'm here to spread moss killer" When fall hit and it started raining I requested that they come by and put moss killer on my roof. They gave me a stupid excuse about how the fall time is not the right time to kill moss! They don't even know what they're talking about. I did landscaping for years and always speed moss killer after the first few rains with great success. They were just trying to get out of doing the work that they were supposed to do. After finally asking them to put moss killer on my roof four times they actually did it, but the product that they use was ineffective and didn't kill any of the moss. When I finally got fed up and called and talked to a manager to request a rebate for my money I was told that I had a warranty and there was no rebate available to me. The manager was extremely rude to me and in fact blamed me for the bees not being taken care of and the moss not being taken care of. He said that I should be calling them and requesting service (even though I had requested service on multiple occasions) Seems like if you're a pest company you should know what needs to be done and just do it especially when I'm paying thousands of dollars and telling you I have an issue! I currently haven't seen them in months except for an "inspector" they want to keep sending by. If they hired more technicians and fewer inspectors maybe they could get some work done. I'm sure there is more that I am forgetting because I am constantly disappointed with their service. Save your money and do business with another company because all you will get from all natural is disappointment and frustration. Unfortunately they have my money and I can't get it back! read more

Had to rent out my house because I got transferred during COVID. The renters called that their kid saw something like a rat in the crawlspace and complained about spiders (they are new to the Pacific Northwest ). Called 3 companies to come look and bid. This company called me back with an alarming report saying I have a really bad infestation that needs to be treated urgently. There are mice droppings all over the crawlspace and attic; also a rat infestation and they are living not only in the attic and under the house, but also in every one of your walls; they have turned your insulation into nests and there are THOUSUNDS of droppings everywhere. They have chewed your wires. We needed urgent treatment for mice, place various rat traps, then come back for carcass removal and replace all the insulation. Oh and dry rot! Apparently I have that also and I need to treat that too! URGENTLY! Thankfully, and coincidently, those are all of the services this company offers... The rat "treatment"? $3000. Also offered to replace the insulation and treat the dry rot for another few thousands of dollars... The two other companies that came over saw nothing of what they reported. One made a point of sending me pictures of everything so I could see there was nothing there. Both quoted me around $300 each to spray for the spiders + ants and to place a couple of traps around the house and close the one vent that was not fully connected to the siding anymore. They both stated they saw very few scattered mice droppings, nothing in the Attic, no nests, no chewed wires, no rat infestation, no activity in the walls... nothing. Wow... just wow... read more

Oh my goodness! First of all the "inspector" scared me to death. I called "All Natural Pest Elimination" for sugar ants. The next thing I knew I had fungus and dry rot in the attic, along with carpenter ants or termites. He could not tell which one it was/carpenter or termites. Then there was a rat infestation under the house, which I needed to take care of immediately. He's seen it to where it cost $25,000 to $50,000 to take care of this sort of thing. He told me the rat's have been really bad, after all the fires. We went outside and walked all around the house. He told me every vent was an entry point for the rats. We didn't have any droppings or indication of rats in the house. The "inspectors" car had no advertising or logo's, just a regular car like I drive. I had forgotten that we had asked this company years ago to give an estimate for ants and spiders. They quoted $8000!!! We don't have a giant house. So years passed, and I called again for an estimate for a duplex we owned to get treated for fleas. Granted, the duplex is all hardwood and we literally just sealed the floors. And the quote was $1800!! They said for unlimited treatment. They also said that they wouldn't take about the results with the current tenants. And guess what, they did!!! Called for ANT inspection and control. The rep told us there was bad fungus in the attic and crawl space, along with rats in the crawl space. Gave an estimate of $8-10,000 for controlling the fungus. We called a specialist in mold/fungus control and he assured us there was NO problem that could possibly cost that much. In fact, no need for any treatment. Do NOT call these people. MY OPINION IS... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their marketing plan is to have you pay TOP dollar for a year long contract. (Out right scam or extremely bad business practice???) It sounds great but you will endure months of random halfway house looking dudes showing up in their own personal cars with no tools, equipment or knowledge of your home's situation. Originally they 'abated' the house and I thought all was well. But after watching a two foot snake slither into the 'abated' wall I realized I still had issues. Months later, multiple different random 'technicians' later and the company still doesn't consider it their issue. I did make the assumption the contract covered all pests even though they lead us to believe it was a mouse infestation when we signed the contract. That apparently is not the case. The last several technicians required me to fetch my ladder from the shed and use my vacuum to clean up after... not restocking the empty bait trap. (Bait trap empty to me means there is still an abatement problem, yes?) But not one technician could be bothered to listen or I think even report it. Heck, they couldn't even refill the trap because they were that under prepared. It is my belief they send actual trained exterminators in the beginning but the rest of the year is just low wage, untrained, uncaring employees. The year long contract is a means for the company to milk their clients for thousands. A side note, their own website will not allow me to leave a review. A glitch or strategic design? After all the failures of communication, lack of listening and the straight up failure to provide services paid for, I have to strongly urge others to seek further understanding of this company prior to signing them on. read more

Then on his inspection he said there were droppings in the crawl space and the rodents were using the insulation as nesting. Of course with that high price I'm going to shop around. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I had them out for a free inspection and within 30 mins the guy told me I had carpenter ants, rats and wood rot. Even went so far as to show me "pictures" of it on his phone. He quoted me $6500 dollars and told me not to bother going anywhere else because they're the only ones in the valley that do this work. I had TWO other companies out that showed me their pics and said we absolutely do not have wood rot or bugs and even said it was obvious the wood was treated in the past. This company Is a scam! They take advantage of the elderly. They came to my house and told me I had a termite problem and it was going to cost over $8000 for 4 hours work! They also showed me a fake picture. I worried about it for two weeks. That's a lot of money for me. A friend suggested I ask my neighbors on Nextdoor if anyone had experience with this company and at least 6 people said they were very dishonest in many ways, from lying to charging exorbitant amounts of money, bothering people by phone and making it very difficult to get out of contracts. AVOID!!!!! I've been a customer for about a year and a half. The routine inspections they performed were minimal. I even found food wrappers under my house from one of them eating down there. The cherry on top, was their last routine inspection. Their employee showed up in what appeared to be his personal car with no advertisements on it. I expected the employee to do his job, inspecting for bugs etc. Instead he never looked for anything. He immediately asked to see the attic. He then barely stuck his head into my attic and asked if I wanted to buy new insulation. I asked why and he said "well it's dirty.)" He then asked to see my roof. We went outside and he wanted me to buy a moss treatment, even though I had just had one done with a different company. He then tried to sale me gutter guards, he told me some misleading information about their moss treatments & gutters. He then wanted me interrupt my wifes zoom meeting so he could try to sell her the same stuff. When she said no, he left. No inspection of my house was ever started. read more

Excellent company ! We were referred to use them by some of our friends in the Eugene area. We were having an issue with Ants and Beetles getting into the home. We called in and within the same day an inspector came out to take a look at our property. The result was moisture under the home causing the Beetles and Ants to feed on the wood and then make their way into the home. They came to our home and used a Borate treatment on our wood at the same time taking care of the bugs that were invading.
