He quoted me a price of $350 to do all this (Derrick quoted $550, but never completed even a fraction of the work.) The end result is endless delays and very few actual service visits. By dragging out inspections and repeatedly pushing appointments, they effectively reduce how often they have to come out, while still claiming the service is unlimited.
