He quoted me a price of $350 to do all this (Derrick quoted $550, but never completed even a fraction of the work.) After Action finished he said the job was super fast and easy, and $350 was not justified. He only charged us $225! That is a good businessman, someone with integrity who I would highly recommend! They have a very high cancellation fee of $300 which is not disclosed in the sales process. They don't show you the contract in adnance or even tell you there is one until the salesman shoves a piece of technology in your face to sign so that you don't have the chance to read it. They don't go over it with you in a way that anyone could understand because the salesman is so fast talking. When you call to cancel they tell you that the contract is non-cancellable unless you're willing to pay their exorbitant fee of $300 to $400. They appear to target elders. When the guy showed up to do the first application, he didn't listen to my request for a debrief before he left and and he was gone so fast that I have no idea what he actually did even though I asked him for the debrief with me before he left. They wanted me to leave my property gate unlocked so that he could come in and leave without my even knowing it, which I refused to do. They have absolutely no regard for their customers or their needs. I agree with the other reviews: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!'!!!!!
