The end result is endless delays and very few actual service visits. By dragging out inspections and repeatedly pushing appointments, they effectively reduce how often they have to come out, while still claiming the service is unlimited. Meanwhile, the pest problem remains unresolved. If you're looking for timely, proactive pest control, this approach feels more like a tactic to avoid service than to provide it.
